Nice hotel. Big room. Nice spa, only footbath broken.
The building is old and needs a renovation. If something Is broken it's not replaced.
The food isn't great. The plate are cold but the food is lukewarm. Starters were nice but pita bread wasn't toasted. Salmon very small, not even fillet and not crunchy. Risotto tasted watery. Desert way too sweet. Breakfast lukewarm too. Ok for the price overall. View from restaurant is amazing though.
This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.
Nice country manor hotel with picturesque grounds. The room was a bit dated in a 1980s way, but clean and in good decorative order. Overall better than a Travelodge at Travelodge prices (biscuits, hot chocolate, bottled water and proper glasses in the room were good.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is in a great area of the countryside of Warwickshire. When you arrive the bar/food service next door is currently having maintenance issues so it is not currently open. When we arrived, the service was amazing:kind, friendly and approachable. On arrival to our room, the room (21) was a big size. The double bed was huge and double beds were available to our 2 children - even with our luggage scattered around the room, there was still plenty of room for the children to run around and play. My fiancé said the room was quiet warm but I liked the temperature of the room and found it pleasant - not too warm or cold and was very comfortable.
The only amenities we would have benefited from as a family, was a fridge because our youngest needs dairy free milk for the night. However, I appreciate this is a luxury within hotels so it wasn't a factor to complain about.
The beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning - running from 7am-10am (we arrived at 9am) was a little disappointing. There wasn't much choice and a lot of items we had to wait for between 10-15 mins - and without saying anything to very absent kitchen/buffet staff, it wasn't topped up. I made do with what was left but I didn't end up having any toast (no bread), no bacon and no eggs. Not worth the £12.99 price tag. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews but breakfast area was conservatory-esque and quite cold. As mentioned previously, customer service was great and this was upheld at checkout. No close local amenities, evening restaurant, local shop etc but overall, a lovely stay.
YYuanI came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either.
Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room.
Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable.
Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อI spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming.
The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete.
They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room.
It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes.
I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!
ผผู้เข้าพักLovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included
The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb
ผผู้เข้าพักThis venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history.
Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further.
Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation.
Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality.
The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
