"The hotel was situated to where our friends were, and provided a guest car park that's convenient for reaching out to friends as well as other city amenities, shopping and dinning venues. The room's cleanness was mediocre at best, and cleaning was on a per request basis. Lighting setups could be annoying as the overhead lights above the desk/work bench were tied to the main ones, and they should have been replaced with less heat-emitting LEDs. The bathroom ventilation would need enhancement. While we stayed in a room with car park aspect, the sea view rooms offered much better views as seen from the lobby window overlooking the sea, coming with a 10% surcharge."

"From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated with lovely sea views, and the cleanliness throughout was absolutely spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, and the whole place had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere with great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a faultless stay."

"Staff were great all very friendly Room was spacious wardrobe big enough for a 4 yr old to sleep in ( excuse my humour ) and very clean Evening meal portions great food very tasty & staff looked after granddaughter well with keeping her occupied . Breakfast was a little of a let down as under the warmer food was still cold and bacon very dry … cheese was dried up with the cold meats only I flavour yoghurt I wish I had ordered off the fresh cooked menu of eggs selection ( but I never left hungry ) Despite second paragraph I would defo return"

"The room was clean and the single beds were absolutely huge. I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating in making the necessary changes for me. The location is good and the walk from the airport arrivals hall is short, but the route was a bit confusing—the signs could have been larger or placed more frequently along the way. Another minor downside was the bathroom shower, which was a bit impractical as water easily ended up all over the floor. Overall, the great service made it a very nice stay!"

"I would have given a high score but the sheer noise, disruption and pure havoc caused by disgusting residents having fighting matches in the rooms and corridor close to our room made the stay horrible. The staff were great I trying to deal with terrible guests but the noise still continued and doors regularly slammed hard. Didn’t sleep well at all "
