The Candia hotel was a very short and easy walk with a lot of luggage from the train station. I was able to check in an hour earlier than they state in the information and the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the underground station in Thessaloniki from there it was a short train ride ( very exciting if you get a front seat) to all the museums and centre. The room at Candia was very large with a big bathroom and was very comfy, clean and relaxing. There are shutters in the windows that was good for the mornings. Nd the sun did not wake me up! Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold food. I especially liked the fruit and yoghurts with an array of extra bits for healthy toppings. The swimming pool was lively and I had fun in the sun. There were plenty of staff to help there and make my stay fabulous. The views from the top of the hotel were great and I wished I’d taken some images! Thessaloniki has a lot to offer travellers who enjoy culture, which is why I chose to stay there.

The hotel is right in the city centre, very near to the metro station which connects directly to the airport. It’s very convenient for walking around the town as well. Breakfast is good.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen um schnell zum Hafen zu kommen. Das Hafen-Gate E7 ist in nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Zimmer 14 und waren sehr enttäuscht davon. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss mit Fenstern direkt zur Straße. Entweder sind die Fenster schlecht schallisoliert und/oder die Außenwände sehr dünn. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern waren sogar auf dem Fußweg rollende Koffer leicht zu hören. Ein weiteres Problem sind die ungünstig angebrachten Verdunkelungsrollos. Selbst wenn die Rollos vollständig ausgerollt sind scheint eine sehr helle Straßenlaterne direkt auf das Bett. Im Bad gab es auch zwei kleinere Mängel (abgebrochene Duschkopfhalterung und lockere Handtuchaufhängung) aber für eine Nacht war das nicht relevant. Das Hotel insgesamt mag vielleicht besser sein als unser erster Eindruck - aber Zimmer 14 sollte man möglichst vermeiden.

โรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบายมากอยู่ติดกับ Constitution Square ใช้เวลาเดินจากสนามบินไปยังอาคารผู้โดยสารโดยรถบัสประมาณ 5 นาที เนื่องจากเครื่องบินมาช้า เราจึงมาถึงประมาณเที่ยงคืน บริเวณโดยรอบจัตุรัสยังคงคึกคักและปลอดภัยมาก เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและอบอุ่น ห้องพักมีระเบียงเล็กๆ และสะอาดมาก มีแปรงสีฟันและรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบครัน เครื่องชงกาแฟ และอาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ซึ่งเป็นมื้อที่มากที่สุดในทริปยุโรป สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้ๆ และการคมนาคมไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหรือสนามบินก็สะดวก ทำให้เหมาะกับการเดินทางแบบอิสระมาก

Great place to stay while in Athens. Only a short walk to the metro and only and only a few stops to the Acropolis and the city. The apartment is super modern and clean with all the amenities you’d expect. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed just one night in this hotel in order to take a ferry early in the morning. Our stay was very good, the room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเล็กน้อย ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 20 นาที มีร้านสะดวกซื้อขนาดใหญ่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ถนนชั้นล่างของโรงแรมถูกปิดกั้นในระหว่างวัน ระวังแท็กซี่ คุณสามารถตั้งค่าตําแหน่งใกล้โรงแรมได้ การบริการดีมาก! พนักงานกระตือรือร้นมาก! ในห้องมีเกือบทุกอย่างจริงๆ 😂 คือมีทุกอย่างในความหมายทางอักษร ของครบมาก แรงดันน้ําในห้องน้ําสูงมาก อุณหภูมิเพียงพอ และขนมกรีกก็ส่งมาให้ด้วย สรุปคือ ฟินสุดๆ! ตัวล็อคประตูเป็นรหัสล็อค ข้อควรระวัง แผนกต้อนรับจะบอกคุณด้วยปากเปล่าแล้วส่งข้อความสั้นๆ ไปที่โทรศัพท์มือถือ ดังนั้นอย่ากลัวที่จะลืม มีเก้าอี้โซฟาสองหรือสามตัวบนชั้นดาดฟ้าที่สามารถนั่งได้ มองเห็น Acropolis
