"This weekend was the second time I stayed at the Leonardo in Milton Keynes. I booked a few weeks earlier and locked in a very good price on Trip. I chose the Leonardo because it was a fabulous stay last time with a very good breakfast. This time I stayed in a double room and it was bigger than I expected. I stayed in room 601 and it was an end room and overlooked the big Leonardo red banner on the outside of the building. I had a very good view of the city from the room. The room had a window that opened and a TV. I had a very good bathroom with great products. The towels were really clean and fluffy. There was T and coffee in the room. Plenty of space. I had sockets next to the bed for my phone. I had a great nights sleep. Bed was so comfy. Slept brilliant. I had breakfast for the 3 nights I stayed and it was excellent. Plenty of room in the restaurant and not overcrowded at breakfast. The staff were very attentive for the whole of my stay. There was a free water fountain down in the foyer and it was a mega hot weekend so this was great. There is also somewhere for baggage storage if you want to visit the fantastic shopping centre that’s not far away. The hotel It’s about a 10 min walk from the train station. Great if you are visiting London there are loads of trains and it’s quick. I chose to stay at the Leonardo because it’s a very comfy stay as London prices are so expensive. There are lots of great restaurants near by so it’s great for an evening out. It’s a lot quieter than central London therefore much better for my senior solo adventures. The images I e uploaded are the walk from the station, the room after I stayed in it! The bathroom the bottled accessories in the bathroom so you know what to expect, the views from my window, sunsets and the bed after I slept in it. A very great stay and highly recommended. I went to London every morning, went to the British museum , ham house, Tracey Emin at Tate Modern and shopping ."

"The rooms are dated, but the location is good. During hot weather, it was unpleasant and stuffy without air conditioning, but I appreciate they don’t claim to have any."

"Mercure is a great quality hotel. From when we arrived, the front desk staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, good location too."

"The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast. The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy.The views of the marina were very nice and added character. The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again."

"This hotel comes highly recommended, the location is great and opposite the hotel. It has a beautiful park, the hotel gym and restaurant are great features and the breakfast style buffet, offered many options. I personally walked from the Milton Keynes train station, so I got to see many places to explore, shop, eat, drink. It took around 30 minutes to walk from the station, however the route is on an incline, so maybe not the greatest of ideas, if people have lots of luggage, mobility issues ect, to use this transport method. The hotel is very stunning and amazing value for money."

"Stayed for Silverstone visit, actually, easy to uber/take bus from and to the bus station to the race track. Pretty good price and cozy. Definitely good for a family visit"

"I booked this hotel for just one night, expecting a simple, comfortable stay. What I received was so much more than that. It was a flawless, beautiful, and truly memorable experience from start to finish. Everything was amazing, and I mean everything. Let me start with the arrival. The moment I entered the lobby, I was struck by how beautiful and serene it was. It smelled incredible, it looked immaculate, and the ambiance was calm, luxurious, and welcoming. The reception team welcomed me with such genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in took less than two minutes, and I was made to feel instantly valued and at home. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. My room was an absolute dream. I wish I could give you a tour of it. The design was modern, elegant, and tastefully done, with soft warm lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was pure heaven. The linens were crisp, fresh, and soft, the pillows were plush and perfect, and the mattress was the kind you sink into and never want to leave. I had the deepest, most peaceful sleep I have had in months. It was completely silent, dark, and tranquil. Absolute bliss. The amenities were outstanding. Everything was high quality, thoughtfully placed, and more than I expected. The bathroom was sparkling clean, luxurious, and felt like a private spa. Great water pressure, fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, and that perfect level of cleanliness that makes you feel truly comfortable. But what truly elevates a good hotel to a great hotel is the people, and here, the team is exceptional. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. They anticipate your needs before you even ask. They smile, they listen, they care. That level of hospitality cannot be taught, it comes from the heart. They made my short one-night stay feel incredibly personal and special. Breakfast the next morning, the departure, the overall organization, everything flowed so perfectly. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely grateful. For anyone reading this and thinking of booking, please do. For one night, for a weekend, for a business trip or a getaway, you will not find a better place. This hotel understands what true hospitality means. It is luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and heart all in one place. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the entire team.
