It is great that the hotel is so clean. I have requested for a quiet room, and the hotel provide me a great room that fit my request. Friendly people

Although the rooms are a bit small the staff made up for it.
Very close to the central station 12 mins walk.
The bed is cosy with good wifi All in all had a good stay.
The only thing was they didn't have any desk, table or chair in the room to sit or put something on. Also, no other amenities like toothbrushes or paste etc are available.
Aside from that, Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. ( EaoJoy)

Bed bugs found in room. Left immediately. Requested a refund. Was refused. Do not stay here. The only credit to them was the friendly receptionist

Another brilliant staff were very welcoming and helpful.. room was clean and smelled nice.. just wish there was 4 pillows on the bed and not 2 lol

Clean basic room, if a little cramped.
Basic, food and drink machines in Reception but very poor management of unsavoury characters in Reception shouting' **********' at ordinary, law abiding people.
How disgusting that they did not tell them off or phone the police. Yeuch!

The most basic room you can book, suits the price but it's worth paying more for elsewhere. Everything has to go on the floor as there is not one table, chair, ledge or even bathroom shelf. No kettle. Really just a bed and a shower. Super hard bed so pretty uncomfy and a very thin duvet. Nowhere to have any more than two items, as there is no wardrobe or rail. Just a hook in the wall for two items.
No cafe, no bar, no breakfast option - just a vending machine in reception.
Staff very friendly - can't be faulted there at all :-)
Offered an 'upgrade' to a room with a window on check-in if you give a five star review there and then on Tripadvisor, which is bribery really, as you would leave a five star review before getting to the awful room that no-one would give five stars for.
Budget at it's worst.

Worth the price for the location and the need. Could do with better TV service and cloth hanging stations. Service and cleanliness were to required standards. Overall a lovely stay
