"เราพักแค่คืนเดียวเพราะเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่จากสนามบินลูตัน ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบใกล้กับร้านค้าและถนนสายหลักเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟและสถานีขนส่ง  โรงแรมน่ารักสําหรับสิ่งที่เราจ่ายไป สิ่งเดียวที่ร้อนมากทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน และคุณไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้อง แต่อย่างน้อยพวกเขาก็ให้คุณเย็น  เตียงนอนสบาย สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันอยากจะบอกว่าคือหมอนแข็ง ส่วนที่เหลือดีมาก พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก เราได้รับอาหารเช้าแต่เช้าเพราะเราจะพลาดอาหารเช้าเนื่องจากเช็คเอาท์ก่อนเวลา ดังนั้นเราจึงมีครัวซองต์มากมาย 😄😄 เครื่องดื่มร้อนฟรีที่แผนกต้อนรับ สมบูรณ์แบบ! ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง"

"Very convenient and you cant beat this price. Some rooms smell a bit unfortunately. I've slept here twice as very convenient for an early flight from Luton but 1 room didn't smell nice while the other was ok. Bathroom have everything, clean towels and there is a TV. Not very good sound proofing though with heavy doors which some guest slam and you hear all of that."

"This hotel is not as close as it may seem, also if you are walking here, it’s down a slight steep hill which isn’t the best for access ability especually after a long flight but if ur perfectly able it’s not that bad troops."

"Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton."

"Great hotel to stay in when flying from Luton, just a 10 mins walk to the terminal building. Breakfast starts from 3am so very handy if you have an early start"

"Excellent reasonable priced accommodation. All great a few adjustments to make this location excellent are being able to amend my booking instead of no cancellation policy also checking out time extend to 11.00am instead of 10:00am even on Sundays also breakfast Sunday morning service finishes at 9:30am these few adjustments would increase popularity for this accommodation."

"ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย น่าเสียดายที่ไฟสองสามดวงในห้องน้ําไม่ทํางาน ดังนั้นจึงทําให้การพยายามอาบน้ําในความมืดเกือบจะมืด  อาหารเช้าดีมีให้เลือกมากมาย น่าเสียดายที่กาแฟในเครื่องมีคุณภาพดีและขมมาก  พนักงานสุภาพ เป็นกันเองและเป็นมืออาชีพมาก  โดยรวมจะเลือกพักอีก"

"No issues checking in. Clean and tidy place. No issues with room, beds very large and comfy. It was very quiet when we stayed family of 4. I requested 2 rooms next door to each other and request fulfilled. Water pressure excellent for showers. Have pool sauna, gym, unfortunately we didn't try these facilities. Do check breakfast times, we thought breakfast was served until 11am but was mistaken. Got to restaurant at 10am and were closed. Luckily, a staff member from reception managed to get us some pastries and yogurts, very kind! Accommodation is within the Cranfield University campus and near Cranfield Airport."

"Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!"
