"Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) My husband and I stayed here overnight after arriving back in London on a late flight. Overall, it was a great experience that provided the restful night we desperately needed. The Pros: * Thoughtful Room Design: The room was surprisingly spacious with a good-sized, comfortable bed. We were particularly impressed by the clever toilet door design—it can also be swung across to separate the shower area, offering a bit of extra privacy. * Great Bathroom: The shower had fantastic water pressure and came with complimentary Dove-sponsored shampoo and shower gel. * Perks & Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is always a plus, and while the selection was mostly standard English breakfast items along with yogurt and cereal (okay, nothing extraordinary), the highlight was definitely the takeaway coffee option—fantastic if you need to grab and go for a flight. * Value & Location: The price and location are hard to beat for an airport stay. The Cons & Minor Notes: * The Walk: The only real con is that the walk from the airport to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. * The View: There isn't much of a view (ours looked out at the car park), but that didn't bother us at all since most guests are just there for a quick sleep and a shower. Final Verdict: All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It’s reasonably priced and very convenient, especially if you need a place to crash before catching an early morning flight (though it worked well for our late arrival, too!)."

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."

"Booked hotel because it was very close to Luton airport. Arrived and was served immediately, however I did not find the person particularly friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom large. Overall stay was nice. Room was quiet so I slept well. 4 stars"

"We were staying only for one night as early flight from Luton airport. Location is perfect close to the shops and Main Street only few minutes walk from the train station and bus station .  Hotel was lovely for what we’ve paid only thing it was very hot day and night and you don’t have air conditioning in the rooms but at least they give you air cooler  Beds were comfortable only thing I would say is the pillows they are to hard the rest very good . Staff very friendly we’ve been offered early breakfast as we would missed the breakfast due to early checked out so we got lots of croissants 😄😄free hot drinks available at the reception,perfect ! No fridge in the rooms"

"Comfortable stay. Great location - it’s just a minute or two’s walk from the DART Parkway station, making getting to and from Luton Airport incredibly easy which was useful as I was staying for work from the airport on some very early duties. The room was comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep, with good plush pillows. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being offered a breakfast bag for my early departure. There were a couple of things that could have been better. I requested a mini fridge both by message before my stay and by phone, but unfortunately this hadn’t been placed in the room. I arrived around 7:30pm to check in and was told housekeeping wouldn’t be able to arrange this until the morning, which was a little disappointing given that I was staying for work and flying out of Luton early the next day. The room itself was generally good, although the blinds didn’t feel like the best quality and were quite difficult to keep up. The TV was also quite dated, although adequate for the stay. The lighting above the bed could also be improved, two of the bulbs had been changed to bright white LEDs, while the other was a warmer colour to match the bedside lights which was better but it flickered every now and again! The bathroom was clean with good toiletries provided, nice big towels too. Overall I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is a huge advantage, particularly for anyone travelling through Luton Airport, and the friendly staff, comfortable bed and early breakfast bag made for a positive experience leading me to definitely consider booking again. With a few small improvements to the rooms and better communication around requests through front desk, it would be an even better stay."
