Voici un commentaire clair et précis que vous pouvez laisser : L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, mais les chambres sont anciennes et assez petites. Cela peut être un point à considérer pour ceux qui recherchent plus de confort. L’hôtel propose un garage à 30 € par nuit, mais je le déconseille fortement aux personnes ayant une grande voiture : nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à passer la porte du garage. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas inclus dans notre réservation, et il fallait ajouter 17 € par personne, ce qui peut être un coût supplémentaire à prévoir. Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel bien situé, mais avec quelques inconvénients à prendre en compte avant de réserver.

Room is clean. Bathroom are very small. Since it is near water front, there are mosquitos at night in the room. I got several bits and did not sleep too well. The hotel allows for storage of luggage for free which is nice.

New fantastic hotel near to the center of the city. Sophisticated design, great cosmetic (special thanks for the hear conditioner), big enough room, really good breakfast, silence and comfort. Will recommend it to all my friends who goes to Strasbourg.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

บ้านมีขนาดใหญ่ สะอาด สะดวกสบาย และเงียบสงบ พร้อมที่จอดรถของตัวเอง โรงแรมไม่ได้อยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่อยู่ไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง (เดินครึ่งชั่วโมง 🚖 10 ยูโร) และใกล้กับอาคารรัฐสภายุโรปเล็กน้อย (เดินสิบนาที) บริการที่ดีเยี่ยม. ตัดสินใจอยู่ต่ออีกวัน

ห้อง 301 หันหน้าเข้าลานภายใน ทำให้แสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้ามาน้อย พื้นที่ห้องไม่กว้างขวาง เครื่องปรับอากาศแทบไม่ได้ใช้ คุณต้องปรับเองในเวลากลางคืนเพื่อให้ได้อากาศเย็น หรือเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อระบายอากาศ การทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยทั่วถึง มีเส้นผมสั้นๆ จำนวนมากบนปลอกหมอนหนึ่งใบและบนโถสุขภัณฑ์ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในตู้เย็นตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับนำมาให้สองขวด แต่ในวันถัดมาเมื่อฉันลงไปเอาน้ำ พวกเขาก็ให้มาแค่ขวดเดียว วันที่สาม พนักงานต้อนรับหญิงอีกคนเข้าเวร และเมื่อฉันโทรไปขอน้ำ พวกเขาบอกว่าฉันต้องจ่ายเงิน ฉันซื้อน้ำหนึ่งลิตรในราคาไม่กี่เซ็นต์ที่คาร์ฟูร์ข้างๆ มาตรฐานการบริการไม่สม่ำเสมอ บริเวณโดยรอบค่อนข้างคึกคักและปลอดภัย โรงแรมมองเห็นได้จากทางออกสถานีรถไฟ เดินไปโบสถ์ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ซึ่งสะดวกดี พื้นที่สำหรับเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ ก็ไม่กว้างมากนัก

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um sich Strasbourg anzusehen. Das Rezeption Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen englisch und französisch. Kein oder nur wenig deutsch. Das Hotel entspricht gehobenem Standart, das Superior Zimmer ist ideal, wenn man sich nur zum übernachten im Hotel aufhält. Ansonsten würde ich das grössere Zimmer empfehlen. Zimmerservice top. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück dazu zu buchen lohnt sich! Auch das Restaurant Personal am Morgen ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Auch das Restaurant am Abend  haben wir nicht besucht.

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟและใจกลางเมือง สามารถเดินไปได้สะดวก แต่ไม่มีระบบขนส่งสาธารณะใดๆให้บริการ ทำให้ต้องเดินเท้าสถานเดียว ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่มีปัญหาในการใช้งาน โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป

ฉันมักจะเลือกพักที่โรงแรม Le Grand Hotel ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และที่นี่ก็ไม่ทำให้ฉันผิดหวังเลย! บริการอบอุ่นและเป็นมืออาชีพ ห้องพักตกแต่งอย่างพอเหมาะพอดีและสะดวกสบาย ห้องน้ำก็คุณภาพดี ที่สำคัญคือโรงแรมมีล็อกเกอร์เก็บสัมภาระพร้อมรหัสผ่าน!

Hôtel idéalement situé en centre-ville, entouré de nombreux restaurants. Forfait disponible pour le stationnement au parking. La carte de la chambre s'est désactivée à plusieurs reprises. Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant. Légère nuisance sonore en raison de la proximité des bars et restaurants, mais rien de gênant. Pour le reste, tout était impeccable.
