J’ai déjà réservé à nouveau dans cet hôtel, mais je souhaite commencer par ce qui a été le grand bémol de mon dernier séjour. Lors de la présentation du petit-déjeuner, le membre du personnel s’est adressé uniquement à mon compagnon, m’ignorant totalement. Peut-être par préjugé que “c’est l’homme qui paye”, mais dans un établissement aussi moderne et attentif aux détails, cette attitude machiste est surprenante et vraiment dommage. Cela dit, mon expérience globale a été très positive. Beaucoup de petits détails témoignent d’une grande attention : poubelles pour le tri dans la chambre, support en bois pour le savon qui garde la salle de bain propre, chambre spacieuse bien équipée (télé adaptée, chaussons, brosses à dents incluses), décoration soignée avec de belles plantes artificielles qui ajoutent une touche de verdure sans contrainte. Mention spéciale à la piscine rooftop avec crème solaire gratuite de bonne marque, et aux rappels subtils du spa dans la chambre, qui donnent envie de découvrir leurs soins bien pensés. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, surtout en haute saison. L’hôtel mérite largement son classement 4 étoiles supérieur, et sur certains points, il surpasse même de vieux 5 étoiles que j’ai connus à travers le monde. Quelques petits détails restent à améliorer : serviettes parfois tachées de rouille, inclinaison de la douche laissant passer un peu d’eau, absence de coton-tiges, et certaines prises électriques mal couvertes. Rien de dramatique toutefois. En conclusion, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et remercie toute l’équipe pour leur travail et leur sens du détail. Avec quelques ajustements dans le service, cet établissement a tout pour devenir une véritable référence. Bravo !

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and market. Plenty of on street parking around the side streets. Cool lounge with free coffee and juice. Very friendly staff who were great when asked for extra pillows. Room and bathroom was very clean. Windows quite thin and noise could be heard from the street and other guests leaving rooms.

Очень довольны этим отелем. Расположение просто волшебное, близко и к старому городу, и в то же время первая линия пляжа. Номера большие, есть все необходимое. Кровать кингсайз по факту как будто 2 односпальные (не единым полотном). Напор воды супер, шикарный душ. Завтраки невероятные, я не знаю кто пишет негативные отзывы, это возмутительно. Огромный выбор еды, включая испанские специалитеты как хамон, тортилья, чуррос, пан кон томате. Подают игристое (очень вкусное!). В общем нам так понравилось, что продлевали еще на сутки. С бесплатной парковкой есть сложности, один раз повезло встали прямо у отеля, в другие разы находили местечко в 10 мин пешком (огромная парковка).

We spend such low price during non-peak season. I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast, for Western People, it's great. , walk-in price is €18. If having the breakfasts bought for the whole stay, it will be €16/each. As Chinese people, I would like some soup noodles or congee for breakfast. Above all, great stay in this grand hotel.

Mi estancia ha sido estupenda. Habitación amplia, camas super cómodas, sabanas y toallas de excelente calidad y muy limpias. El personal muy educado, responsable y pendiente que todo estuviera genial, por decir algo a mejorar los grifos un poco duros al abrir y cerrar. Sin duda volveré a repetir.

The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well. Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Все новое. Особенно хорошо что можно пить чай и кофе круглосуточно бесплатно. Единственное что расстроило это отсутствие ершика для туалета в номере.
