The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a curtain for added privacy. The communal areas were clean. The hostel was in a great location, particularly if you’ve booked tours, as the meeting point is often in El Poblado

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

El cuarto y el baño son muy limpios. Además el staff que se llama Tomás es muy amable. Le agradezco todo lo que me dio durante mi tiempo acá 😎🙏 les recomiendo que queden ahí si tienen la oportunidad para viajar a esta bonita ciudad

Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. NICE HOTEL AVOI TRY RADIOSSION 3400 FT AWAY PHOTOS After that slept with a chair behind the door And cear view of bed from mini bar

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้ ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักครั้งแรกของฉัน และแม้ว่านี่อาจเป็นสถานที่ที่ฉันสามารถจองได้นานกว่าหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ฉันจองห้องคู่ครั้งล่าสุดและมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ฉันจองห้องเดี่ยวแต่ไม่กลับมา ห้องเดี่ยวมีขนาดเล็กกว่าห้องคู่มาก และฉันจ่ายราคาเดียวกับครั้งที่แล้ว ดังนั้นความคุ้มค่าสําหรับสิ่งนี้จึงไม่ค่อยดีนัก วิวสวย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดี ไม่มีแอร์ และร้อนในห้อง อาหารเช้าที่ดีและพนักงานที่เป็นมิตร ปัญหาใหญ่สําหรับฉันในสองคืนที่ผ่านมาคือสโมสรบนถนนที่เปิดเพลงดังมากจนฉันรู้สึกได้ถึงบาร์บนชั้น 10 ซึ่งดําเนินต่อไปจนถึงตี 4 นี่คือคืนวันจันทร์และวันอังคาร ห้องร้อนมากเพราะเปิดหน้าต่างด้วยเสียงเพลงไม่ได้ พัดลมเปิดเต็ม เสียงสีขาวจากทีวีเต็ม volume และที่อุดหูไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ฉันกําลังมองหา ถ้าบาร์ยังคงเป็นเช่นนี้ฉันไม่สามารถกลับมาได้ ไม่มีปัญหาในการเข้าพักก่อนหน้านี้ไม่มีปัญหาใน 5 คืนแรก แต่นี่เป็นปัญหาใหญ่สําหรับฉัน ฉันรู้สึกขอบคุณมากที่ฉันไม่ได้จองเดือนที่ฉันคิดและจากไปหลังจากหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ห้องเตียงคู่ไม่มีเสียงดังในราคาที่เหมาะสมฉันจะกลับมา

ประการแรก พนักงานดีมาก เป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีกับทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ ฉันมาถึงเร็วมากและพวกเขาสามารถรองรับการเช็คอินก่อนเวลาสําหรับฉันได้ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีมาก พื้นที่ใช้ร่วมกันที่เงียบสงบชั้นล่าง ยิมที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน และซักรีดฟรี ห้องพักสะอาดมากและเตียงนอนสบายสุด ๆ

Excellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

El hotel es estupendo para pasar la noche o finde semana sólo o en pareja. Está en pleno barrio de Manila y a 5 minutos andando del parque del Poblado. La habitación super limpia y muy acogedora, bastante amplia. Y el precio buenísimo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
