A hotel with a Great location and nice city view. Spacious room incl. separate living room and a large balcony. On site laundry and (paid) parking available. Downside was that AC temperature cannot be controlled from the room panel, you need to contact everyone/ (several) time(s) the reception for this.

On the day of our check-in, due to a shortage of beds, the hotel did not provide us with the King bed we had booked and instead gave us a Queen bed. The next day, when we requested a King bed again, they required us to pay a cleaning fee to switch room. The room’s carpet and sofa were covered with many stains! The front desk staff generally lacked professionalism. As our room was on a high floor, there were two nights when it seemed like there was a draft, creating unsettling noises. We requested the apartment to send someone to inspect it, but the hotel informed us that the apartment did not have professional maintenance staff. Not only did he leaves work at 5 PM, but the so-called maintenance personnel was actually a security guard. However, there were some positives, such as being in one of the tallest apartments and having a good location.

Exceptional front desk customer service. Very clean and modern. Can be noisy from trains and inconsiderate guests. Only feedback would be that beds should be made for guests for the current prices, incredibly hard to make the top bunk beds with the current bed fitouts..it’s a shame that the hostel accommodation price is nearly double to what it should be.

Firstly, the room was excellent, ultra clean with bath and shower. The sheets were exemplary, bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Bar fridge and microwave, toiletries in the bathroom. Towels excellent. Airconditioning excellent. I was excited to see a very large, modern wide screen TV with onboard Android system. Disappointed that no internet connection (so I could have used my own passwords for my streaming services. Even more disappointed that there was no aerial connected, but I had brought my own tech and internet. I just switched off the TV. Imagine my extreme displeasure to board the 3rd floor lift at 05:00 to have the doors closed - but no button worked! I WAS TRAPPED IN THE LIFT!!! I pressed the yellow emergency button for 5 seconds - no answer - pressed multiple times. I phoned the hotel main number, so they could press the lift call button - no answer. I phoned the 24/7 emergency 1300 number. The operator said she would send someone out - who would phone me with an ETA. Getting anxious, being 60 years old with a heart condition, I dialled 000 to call the POLICE! The dispatcher commended me on remaining so calm. I assured her, being very hot in cramped spaces with very little air was definitely not conducive to my remaining calm. They said to call 000 back if I got out before the fire brigade arrived. Five minutes later I heard voices outside. Someone heard my banging on the lift doors and cries for help. I GOT OUT That night the guy on reception said sorry. I explained that, although the room was marvelous - and that I did eventually get out, a man of my age and I'll health could have died - why wasn't anyone on duty to answer the damn lift emergency phone? He said he was sorry.

My room actually very close to construction site. The workmen can see into my room and see what I do in the room. Had to close the curtain all the time. Also, this morning the housekeeping lady just knocked the door and went into the room. I was half naked and doing stretching. I yelled as it’s very very very annoying. The gym small but not enough weights and equipment. No need so many treadmills, sparing some space for stretching or HIIT is good.

I had a comfortable stay with good service and no concerns. While the stay was for business, allowing little time for leisure, I was still able to enjoy the cafe, and a fine breakfast. I also used the basic, but entirely adequate, gym.

The location was great but there are some negatives. 1. They don't have enough lifts. Out of 4 passenger lifts, 1 was always out of service. The hotel being over 30 story tall, it took forever to get a lift to go up and down. In peak times, we had to wait 10 mins to get into a lift.  2. Breakfast was not impressive at all. Less than 10 hot food choices and some of the bowls and plates were not cleaned properly.

Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp). We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing! Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath. We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

ทำเลดีมากอยู่ตรงข้ามหาด ถ้าไปวันที่มีตลาดตลาดก็จะอยู่ตรงข้ามกับโรงแรมเลย ห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 10 เห็นวิวชัดเจนมากๆ 90 องศา ภาพรวมดีกว่าที่คิด ค่อนข้างประทับใจ ห้องกว้าง ของใช้ในห้องค่อนข้างครบครัน มีไดร์ เตารีด ไม้แขวน กาน้ำ ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ทีวี ฮีทเตอร์ สบู่ก้อน(2 ก้อน) แชมพู(1 ขวด) ของที่ไม่มีให้ ครีมนวด ผ้าเช็ดหัว น้ำกินและทิชชู่ใช้ในห้อง ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดหรือเปลี่ยนผ้า(ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม) เราไปพัก 3 วัน วันสุดท้ายสามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้กับโรงแรมได้ เดินจากแทรมอาจจะไกลนิดนึงแต่แลกกับทำเลหน้าหาดถือว่าโอเค ใกล้ๆมีห้างและร้านอาหาร ตอนไปเราได้มาในราคาที่ค่อนข้างถูกเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมใกล้เคียง แนะนำเลย👍🏻

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง มีเตียงขนาดใหญ่นอนสบายมาก ห่างจากจุดชมวิว Q1 ไม่ถึง 100 เมตร สะดวกในการรับประทานอาหารและช็อปปิ้ง นอกจากนี้ ยังสะดวกในการเดินเล่นบนโกลด์โคสต์และเหยียบทรายอีกด้วย อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็ดีเช่นกัน หากคุณจองล่วงหน้า 1 วันคุณจะได้รับส่วนลดมากกว่า 10 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลีย เมื่อเทียบกับการบินตรงในวันเดียวกัน ทางเลือกที่ดีสำหรับการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศ

The location was great but there are some negatives. 1. They don't have enough lifts. Out of 4 passenger lifts, 1 was always out of service. The hotel being over 30 story tall, it took forever to get a lift to go up and down. In peak times, we had to wait 10 mins to get into a lift.  2. Breakfast was not impressive at all. Less than 10 hot food choices and some of the bowls and plates were not cleaned properly.

โรงแรมนี้ดีมาก! ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้การเดินทาง และร้านอาหาร สุขอนามัยดี ห้องพักสะอาดมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีระเบียงกลางแจ้ง วิวทิวทัศน์สวยงาม ฝั่งหนึ่งมีทะเลและแม่น้ำอยู่อีกด้านหนึ่ง การบริการดี การบริการลูกค้าที่แผนกต้อนรับกระตือรือร้นมาก และบริการอยู่ในสถานที่! พนักงานทำความสะอาดมีความจริงจังและกระตือรือร้น! โดยรวมแล้วฉันพอใจมากและจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกครั้ง!

The room is not clean enough; there was dust on the glass wall behind the curtain, and a stain on the teacup that I had to clean it. I highly expected better, considering it's a 5-star hotel and residence. However the view and the location are incredible.
