โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันพอใจกับการเข้าพักที่โฮสเทลแห่งนี้มาก! เครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องดีเยี่ยมมาก ทำให้ห้องเย็นสบายแม้ในฤดูร้อนจัด โดยไม่มีกลิ่นอับเลย พื้นที่ส่วนกลางและห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก มีพนักงานทำความสะอาดมืออาชีพทุกวัน และไม่มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์เลย ห้องครัวมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและมีกระดาษเช็ดมือให้ฟรี ซึ่งสะดวกมากสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวแบ็คแพ็คที่ต้องการทำอาหารง่ายๆ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีเครื่องกดน้ำดื่มในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง คุณจะต้องนำขวดน้ำมาเองหรือซื้อน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวด อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโดยรอบนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก มีแมคโดนัลด์ เคเอฟซี และซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเปิด 24 ชั่วโมงอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 3 นาที ทำให้สะดวกมากในการหาอาหารหรือซื้อของใช้จำเป็นในเวลากลางคืน ฉันขอแนะนำโฮสเทลแห่งนี้ให้กับนักเดินทางที่ให้ความสำคัญกับสุขอนามัย ต้องการการเดินทางที่สะดวก และมีงบประมาณจำกัด ในราคาเท่านี้ เครื่องปรับอากาศส่วนตัวและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในครัวนั้นคุ้มค่ามากจริงๆ!

I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness! I arrived late and hadn't checked my email for the self-entry instructions, so I was worried I’d be stranded. Instead, the staff actually came out in the middle of the night to make sure I got in safely and settled. I felt so well taken care of—this is hospitality at its best.

Very nice location. Feel very safe to be walking around at night. Staffs are very friendly and helpful breakfast was great But never got a chance to try their dinner, which I now regret.  Did not care for their bar menu so did not try. Recommended for solo travelers. Definitely will stay here again if I get a chance to visit again.

First of all, this is not a 5* Hotel and is not trying to be. This is a budget place to stay and with that in mind, I thought it was great. The rooms were large enough, had a table and chairs, kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery, the most amenities so far in 4 months of travelling. On top of that, there is a modest pool and a large cooking area that has utensils which was really useful for us budget travellers. The location is as good as we could have got, 30 mind walk to the train station and harbour, an hour walk from the airport. The place also has parking. Although - it was a little dirty and rusty in places - there were lots of tiny roaches which comes with the territory, but still worth mentioning - there were 3 floors in our block, each with a toilet, our toilet was cleaned but no toilet paper replenished for the 3 days we were there

The Front Desk's service is very good, they helped us to make a call to the tourist spot in Gold Coast to facilitate us to change a booking time successfully to avoid missing travel schedule.

ทางเดินเป็นสีชมพูและเด็กๆชอบมาก ห้องหันหน้าไปทางชิงช้าสวรรค์และวิวกลางคืนเยี่ยมมาก! พักสองคืนและมันก็ค่อนข้างดี เตียงนอนสบาย แผนกต้อนรับให้การต้อนรับดีมาก และอัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพก็ดีมาก

พนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าไปที่ห้องเป็นเรื่องที่ดีมาก แต่ในห้องไม่มีน้ำดื่ม รถรางหน้าโรงแรมซ่อมอยู่เลยต้องเดินอ้อมไกลมากจนเหนื่อย หมอนในโรงแรมก็นิ่มเกินไปจนไม่สบายตัว วันหนึ่งเพื่อนไปโทรศัพท์ที่ชั้นสระว่ายน้ำแล้วถูกล็อกไว้ข้างใน ไม่มีใครมาตรวจเลยออกไม่ได้ โชคดีที่พกโทรศัพท์ไปด้วย ไม่งั้นไม่กล้าคิดเลยว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น

I want to say a special Thank You to Rafael who makes me feel welcomed. His smile is always authentic and warm, making me truly a guest and not worried about being first time to Australia. So, he is a genuine asset of the hostel. Besides, check in and check out are super fast and efficient. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. There is hot water in the basins with hand wash provided. Above the basin is a very big mirror, so you can do make-up in the bathroom. The shower's water pressure is high enough, and you can move the shower head freely. So, it's perfect for backpackers who want to take a good shower and refresh themselves. In the room, there are 2 electrical outlets on the bedside. So it's very convenient for charging your phone and using your laptop on the bed.

Great location for the gabba and the small kitchen area with fridge was a bonus. It is advertised as with a swimming pool but it is no more than a jacuzzi with only 6 sun loungers, a really small space. The room wasn’t as clean as u would have expected , floors were dirty on both tiles and carpet and the shelves were very dusty
