My family traveled a long way to attend our Grandmothers funeral some two months since she passed. Made sure we got some food and called to check on us periodically as we are not familiar with the area. She recommended places to eat and places not to eat. We made several modifications to our reservations through out the week and all of them were accommodated above and beyond. The hotel was clean, smelled good and all of the staff were smiling. You can always tell when someone is smiling when they are wearing a mask. It's hard to hide. You can tell that the hotel was short staffed, but everyone is. All of the front desk people and house keepers greeted us every morning and evening as we came and went. I thank them all.
