I truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star. Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate. Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine. My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.  The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again. If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

Google Reviews: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Gaia Suites was absolutely fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful and spotless rooms to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to enjoy Santorini while still feeling relaxed and comfortable. A very special thank you to Dimitris at the reception. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. His warm hospitality, helpful recommendations, and willingness to assist with every request made a real difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire Gaia Suites team for such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to Santorini.

Charisma Suites in Oia, Santorini offers a truly unforgettable experience with its stunning panoramic views over the Aegean Sea—perfect for enjoying Santorini’s iconic sunsets from the comfort of a beautiful, private suite. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. Rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and designed for both relaxation and privacy. Guests can also enjoy the infinity pool and poolside restaurant/bar, which further elevate the overall experience. One of the highlights is the breakfast on the balcony, which is an unforgettable experience, allowing guests to savor a delightful à la carte breakfast in a private, scenic setting overlooking the shimmering sea. This makes the stay even more special and memorable. Charisma Suites is an ideal choice for anyone seeking the best of Santorini: breathtaking scenery, attentive hospitality, and immaculate accommodations. It comes highly recommended for an exceptional and luxurious getaway.

This property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in. When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated. We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

Finding the property is difficult- i think it is a common problem in Santorini. Property is located near view points. View is stunning. Be aware of steps to get your luggage to the property and the same when you vacate Got into couple of issues during my stay but handled by the staff promptly on a phone call.i

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment at the meeting point all the way to arrival at the villa, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Evaggelia Jasmine, she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made mefeel right at home from the very beginning. She truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. The entire team was cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and you could really feel the passion they have for making their guests feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back! 🙏
