Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมา! สภาพแวดล้อมน่าทึ่งและบริการที่เอาใจใส่และใจดีตั้งแต่แผนกต้อนรับจนถึงอาหารค่ํา  เป็นโรงแรมที่แปลกตาและเป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก (หรูหรา) ที่ซึ่งคุณสามารถผ่อนคลายได้โดยไม่ต้องวุ่นวาย! ไม่มีวิวพระอาทิตย์ตกของโดม  ข้อดีเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เท่านั้น ถ้าโรงแรมมีรถรับส่งรายชั่วโมงระหว่าง Fira และ Oia (โรงแรมอยู่ระหว่างกัน) เนื่องจากรถบัสเดินทางเพียงทางเดียว ซึ่งหมายความว่าคุณต้องไปที่ Oia ก่อนแล้วไปที่ Fira แล้วต่อรถบัสอีกคันเพื่อไปยังโรงแรมจาก Fira . A truly special stay — raw, beautiful, and full of character From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Vincent, the manager, had arranged for a staff member to meet us at the Post Office. From there, we walked the famous donkey path down to the hotel — and honestly, it was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Stunning views, donkeys along the way — it’s Santorini. If you expect a completely flat walk, you’re in the wrong place. And that’s not the hotel’s problem. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the stairs, calling it dirty or difficult. Having experienced it myself, I can tell you: it’s nothing. A little walk, a little effort — perfectly fine. If someone can’t manage that, they probably shouldn’t be visiting Santorini in the first place. And the hotel already arranged for staff to carry our luggage both ways — so the hard part was handled. The hotel isn’t trying to be some fake luxury resort. It’s authentic, raw, and full of soul. The location is simply the MOST stunning spot in the area — unbeatable for photos and views. We were incredibly fortunate to be given a room with an indoor hot tub. If you’re visiting Santorini in the winter or early spring, this is incredibly important — it’s cold and windy outside to stay long. I searched for a long time and realized there aren’t many places here with an indoor hot tub. The water was exceptionally clean which made all the difference. Deep, warm, and absolutely relaxing on those cooler March days. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed — toiletries, coffee machine, water, all provided. Visiting Greece this time of year is actually fantastic. Streets are quiet, no crowds. The views are just as stunning, and you don’t have to deal with extreme heat. Of course, the weather is a bit of a gamble — sometimes it rains — but there are always moments of sunshine. And the best part? It’s not as expensive as in the summer. A place like this is an absolute steal. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared with Greet and American to choose from — a great start to each day. If you’re looking for a place with real character, soul, and the most beautiful setting in Oia — this is it. The team was warm and attentive. Genuinely grateful for our stay. Thanks Old Castle Oia!

There's so much to say about the beautiful Mardanza Suites. Firstly, the views are SPECTACULAR. I felt we got this place at a steal for such views of the crater from the balcony. Location is right at the heart of Imerovigli - no complaints. You can take a 25 mins walk down to Fira, take a public bus, or drive over. Walk is scenic but the summer heat can be brutal. Do consider your luggage though as there are quite a few steps before you get to the suites. Although, Veronica was kind to arrange for a porter to help us bring our 25kg luggage down when we arrived. Additional porter services are available if you texted her in advance. Check-in was fast and straight-forward. Veronica meets you personally and goes through the house rules. We brought food back to the villa on a couple occasions to enjoy the crater view. It really is magnificent at sunset. And just a 10 mins walk away from the Sakros Rock too. Place is not over packed like in Oia, and you get equally stunning views. The only downside really, was that the electricity kept tripping on us. There were 3 occasions the electricity tripped, once was overnight for 6 hours... Thankfully, the room was somehow kept cool even without the AC. There's a balcony so insects are inevitable. But they didn't pose too much of a problem. Overall, we'd still recommend the place :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment at the meeting point all the way to arrival at the villa, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Evaggelia Jasmine, she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made mefeel right at home from the very beginning. She truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. The entire team was cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and you could really feel the passion they have for making their guests feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back! 🙏

สภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงามมาก! เมืองเล็กๆ ในยุโรปควรค่าแก่เกาะแมว มีแมวน่ารักทุกที่ มีแมวที่แตกต่างกันมากับเราทุกวันเพื่อทานอาหารเช้ากลางแจ้งพร้อมวิวทะเล มันหนาวมาก! ได้เลื่อนตําแหน่งเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางสําหรับวันหยุดในอนาคตของฉัน! ห่างจากจุดถ่ายรูปที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดในซานโตรินี่เพียงสิบเมตร ไม่ต้องต่อคิวถ่ายรูปเหมือนนักท่องเที่ยวคนอื่น เยี่ยมมาก!

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Très agréable séjour. Nous avons pu apprécier le logement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement était très bien et pas très voyant. Appréciation spéciale pour Johnny qui a été formidable que ce soit pour nous conseiller ou même nous aider. Je recommande vivement, juste n’oubliez pas de prévenir de votre arrivée bien en avance.

Quelle expérience extraordinaire à l'hôtel Terra Blanca Suite ! Nous avons passé une semaine absolument incroyable, bercés par les délices de la piscine et de la mer. L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité sans faille de nos hôtes ont ajouté une touche exceptionnelle à notre séjour. Et parlons de cette vue époustouflante depuis la piscine, un véritable appel à la détente sur les confortables chaises longues et sous les parasols. De plus, à seulement 100 mètres, un Carrefour pour nos besoins d'approvisionnement ! Le clou du matin était le petit déjeuner, délivré à notre convenance, avec une multitude de choix délicieux. Toutefois, petit bémol parce qu'il en faut un, l'absence du café dans les formules était une très légère ombre au tableau. Nous avons relevé quelques détails comme l'absence de capsules et de lait pour le corps, mais vraiment, c'est pour pinailler. Les suites étaient d'une propreté impeccable, agréablement décorées et d'une qualité indéniable. Ce séjour a été parfait, et maintenant tout ce que nous désirons ardemment, c'est soit de revenir pour une nouvelle escapade, soit de ne jamais quitter cet endroit enchanteur !
