AMAZING. Complete luxury service. The rooms are spacious! It's a small hotel kind of built like a house, so there's cozy common spaces and a rooftop which are not crowded - very easy to relax. The service is impeccable - you get in touch with the staff via Whatsapp message. We just sent a text for fries and aperol spritzes when we were by the beach in a cabana, and they arrived shortly. All the staff are so friendly and warm! The beach is clean. The breakfast included is delicious. Don't hesisate - book this!

This was beyond perfect. Best place hands down in Tulum. Tomas and Iban went above and beyond. Coming back again for sure! Cocktails were the best in town and the place is absolutely stunning. Could not rate this place high enough. The best place to stay

Amazing stay at Xela! We love everything, but the most amazing thing was the attitude of the staff. Being a brand new hotel XELA may experience some minor issues (like bad pressure of the shower), but the way they solve these issues is just top level. Special thanks to Emily who helped us with everything and even provided with an upgrade of the room to solve this issue with shower! A bottle of wine as a gift was very nice! Rooms are perfectly decorated, we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast is very good with good coffee and choice from the menu. The location is great - it is in quiet place, sometimes we were alone in the sea! But due to free bikes it is easy to get to any places around. They also provide valet parking which is great, as it is not an easy task in Tulum. We can only envy ourselves that we stayed there: location, amenities, decor, vibe - everything was great! Do not miss sunset on their amazing rooftop!

This hotel is my new fav in Tulúm and the world. We love Nest too but this spot is incredible~ so private, boho luxury, and gorgeous design. We love our oceanfront room with the crashing waves and beautiful stretch of beach. Breakfast is included and incredible. The pool is perfect and the whole feel of the place is absolute Zen heaven. There is a gorgeous rooftop terrace too for sunset over the jungle which is not common w beachside villa hotels here. Yoga and more is included at hotel across the street.

I absolutely loved XELA! The design, furnishings, and ambience were beautiful, the beds were super comfy and the layout made it easy to meet and make friends with the other guests. The food was also delicious and I loved having a cocktail on the rooftop. The hotel is also very well situated away from the busy part of Tulum Beach, but still walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants. I'll definitely be back!

We are so happy we chose to stay at Xela. Can’t say enough about our beautiful experience! Didn’t want to leave the premises! Staff was so welcoming and service was wonderful from morning to night! Food, drinks were so well prepared and always served with a smile! Breathtaking view of the beach from our room and felt very pampered by all the amenities offered!! Will be back!!

This boutique hotel located in a prime location by the beach in Tulum was incredible in its own way. We were greeted by the staff once we arrived, who helped us settle into our room, and gave us a tour of the hotel. There are especially two aspects worth highlighting that made the hotel both stunning and luxurious. Firstly, the aesthetic attributes were unique, and tailored to Yucatán´s rich history, yet feels modern and exclusive. They are mainly using brown, grey and black stone throughout the hotel, which echoed the bright colours of the beach and the sun very well. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach, facing east, so that we were able to catch the sunrise. One of my favourite details were the double curtains: one thick curtain, blocking out the sunlight completely; and one see-through curtain, that enabled us to wake up to the beautiful sunrise by turning the whole room orange. The breakfast area was set at a beautiful stone-table, where you share the area with the other guests at the hotel, again with a beautiful view of their infinity pool and the sea. Secondly, the hospitality, exclusivity and luxury the hotel offered was incredible. We were looked after from the moment we arrived, and all of our demands were met at any point of the day. Overall, we had an absolutely incredible experience at the boutique hotel. It was exclusive, private, modern, and provided an escape from all the outside activity in Tulum

Wow! We absolutely LOVED Xela. What a beautiful hotel! The interiors were incredible. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. It felt so peaceful and honestly was the best thing about our trip in Tulum. One of the nicest places we have stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.
