ประทับใจกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้มากค่ะ! ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ตกแต่งน่ารัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันและอยู่ในสภาพดีเยี่ยม เตียงนอนสบายมาก ทำให้นอนหลับได้เต็มอิ่มตลอดคืน พนักงานบริการดี เป็นกันเอง ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ทำเลที่ตั้งก็สะดวกสบาย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันโดยรอบ โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับราคามากค่ะ ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งเลยค่ะ!

We came back to the Majestic after our last visit in June. While the location and hotel are great, service is inconsistent and attention to details is lacking - not something I would expect for a SLH hotel. Check-in: while check-in time was 3pm, we only got our rooms at 3:10pm & 3:30pm, after following up several times. We had to ask them about our welcome drink (got it during June visit) before it was served. Amenities: no welcome platter this time. Body lotion bottle was empty - supervusor didn't do a thorough check? Some of the room towels need to be replaced. They were FRAYED and grey, definitely past their life cycle. Staff: Friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming and nice. Would still choose this when visiting Melaka. Just need to address the areas hilited if it wants to be part of the SLH list.

Beautiful hotel, location is fantastic near Jalan Bunga Raya and Jonker Walk. The room is nice, bed is comfy, shower water pressure is great. Plenty of parking for those driving, just remember to validate at the counter before driving out its complimentary. The front desk agents are very friendly, it was an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for one with great location in Melaka.

เช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง การออกแบบยอดเยี่ยม และบ้านก็กว้างขวาง เห็นได้ชัดว่าเจ้าของใส่ใจในการออกแบบมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตร ที่พักสะอาดและถูกสุขลักษณะ ย่านนี้เงียบสงบ มีวิวทะเล แม้จะอยู่ห่างจากถนน Jonker และย่านใจกลางเมืองอื่นๆ เล็กน้อย แต่แท็กซี่ก็มีให้บริการและราคาไม่แพง นอกจากแมลงตัวเล็กๆ ไม่กี่ตัว (ไม่ใช่แมลงกัดต่อย มีแต่มดและแมงมุมตัวเล็กๆ) พวกมันก็น่ารักมาก พวกมันไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่ ฉันเลยพูดถึงพวกมันแค่ตอนที่ฉันออกจากที่พัก ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (?) บอกว่าจะจัดการให้ ไม่มีใครพูดถึงเรื่องนี้ในรีวิวก่อนหน้านี้ พวกมันน่าจะคลานมาจากบ้านหลังอื่น บางทีห้องครัวอาจจะมีพื้นที่ว่างก็ได้นะ

Overall, we had a good exp and enjoyed our stay, especially because of the facilities provided. However, some equipments may need maintenance. The hairdryer made a sizzling sound when in use & there was only one provided. The living room fan kept switching off by itself every 10-15mins. We contacted the host and were told that we might have accidentally set the timer despite the timer could only be set for 2 or 4 hrs. Other than these issues, we were happy with our stay.

ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยมมาก (รู้สึกเหมือนโรงแรม 4 ดาว) ทางเดินส่วนกลางกว้างขวางและสว่างไสว ความหนาแน่นของห้องพักต่อชั้นไม่สูง (มีช่องว่างระหว่างห้อง ทำให้ได้รับแสงธรรมชาติและมีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง การออกแบบโครงสร้างอาคารดีมาก) โรงแรมคุ้มค่ากับราคามาก สระว่ายน้ำและห้องออกกำลังกายก็ดีมากเช่นกัน

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Had a great stay at The Waves Suite Melaka! The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The room was cosy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places in Melaka. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The facilities were good and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Melaka. Would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
