⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good stay, great staff — pool‑side dining rules a drawback The team at Marino Beach Hotel were absolutely amazing warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay really pleasant and comfortable. The one disappointment was the strict policy: Food are not allowed near the pool or sun‑lounge areas, only in one corner of the rooftop Level 10. This isn’t a practical choice many guests want to relax and enjoy a light meal or snack while staying by the water. Having to dry off and change fully to enter the restaurant meant it was often empty, and I think the hotel misses out on extra business this way. Otherwise, a nice, well‑kept property with lovely people just hope they review that rule soon.

It was a great hotel. The food at their restaurants were excellent. The service by the various staff in the hotel was also excellent. The hotel had great facilities with Gym and Spa, etc. The hotel is well located in the city center and opposite the Trade Center.

คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา โดยเฉพาะมีบาร์บนดาดฟ้าให้นั่งชมวิวโคลัมโบใกล้ๆ โลตัสทาวเวอร์ ดีใจที่เห็นเคาน์เตอร์ซินนามอนในโถงผู้โดยสารขาเข้าที่เสนอให้เรียกแท็กซี่ราคา 7,500 แต่เรานั่ง Uber ราคา 5,500 ง่ายมาก แค่เลี้ยวซ้ายออกจากประตูไปที่เคาน์เตอร์ Uber & PickMe จะได้ไม่ต้องใช้แอป บอกผู้จัดการ Uber ปลายทางให้เขาจองให้ แล้วเราก็จ่ายเงินสดให้คนขับ เช็คอินใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาทีหลังจากถึงคิวหน้า ทางร้านให้กุญแจมาแค่ดอกเดียว เลยขออีกดอก ห้องพักมีสไตล์วิวทะเล ตู้เย็นว่างเปล่า แต่รูมเซอร์วิสรวดเร็วทันใจ มีขวดน้ำฟรี (ดีที่ได้เห็นแก้วเพื่อความยั่งยืน) เก็บไว้เพื่ออนุรักษ์ ไวไฟไม่ค่อยเสถียร ฉันเลยโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ พวกเขาก็ให้ล็อกอินแบบอื่นที่เสถียรกว่า พนักงานยกกระเป๋าเรียกช่างมาติดตั้งทีวี พร้อมคำทักทายส่วนตัวที่น่ารักและบริการต่างๆ สระว่ายน้ำอินฟินิตี้บนดาดฟ้าปิด 21.00 น. แต่คลับเปิดโล่งบนดาดฟ้าที่ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมเมนูบาร์ บริการเอาใจใส่ดี เบอร์เกอร์อร่อย มีมันฝรั่งทอดด้วย.....และเบียร์ด้วย ;-) มีปัญหาเรื่องการชำระเงิน เพราะเราไม่สามารถเรียกเก็บเงินจากห้องพักได้ แต่ผู้จัดการก็ช่วยดำเนินการให้ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่พักที่ดี คุ้มค่ามากสำหรับหนึ่งคืน แต่ควรปรับปรุงให้สะดวกขึ้นสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติที่ต้องการพักผ่อนแบบไม่ยุ่งยาก

I recently stayed at the Colombo Court Hotel, and while it offers good value and excellent rooms, the hospitality felt a bit rigid for a tourist. First, the bright spots: The room itself was fantastic. It was large, impeccably clean, and featured great-quality sheets with plenty of excellent pillows. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels and quality toiletries. Since I arrived fighting a cold, the great selection of coffee and teas in the room was an absolute lifesaver. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived at noon after an all-night flight. Even though it's the low season and the hotel felt completely empty, the front desk rigidly enforced the 2:00 PM check-in time. They didn't even offer an early check-in for a fee. Instead, I was told I could wait out in the heat by the pool for two hours. There was also a strange billing issue at check-in. The front desk asked me for a $43 payment, even though I had already prepaid in full. I had to firmly show them my paperwork showing the booking platform's virtual credit card payment before they backed off. They didn't bring it up again, but it felt a bit like a shakedown attempt. Finally, my booking confirmation explicitly stated checkout was between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Yet, at 11:30 AM, staff knocked on my door telling me checkout was actually at 11:00 AM. Even after showing the front desk my confirmation, they insisted their rule was 11:00 AM. The staff was always friendly and polite, but it felt like they were serving their rulebook rather than their guests. The property is very clean but has much more of a business-traveler vibe than a welcoming tourist destination. I have another reservation here for my return leg, but I’ll be canceling it to stay somewhere else.

Location is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.

這個酒店位置還可以，房間也比較大，但是有幾件事讓人很不滿意。一個是公共衞生間下水道反味，非常臭。一個是入住第一天半夜兩點鐘聽見有人狂敲門+按門玲，持續了十分鐘左右，很恐怖，第二天和前台説了這個事想要查監控，得到的解釋是住在605的醉漢走錯路敲了我們506的門，然後第二天他退房了，所以這件事不了了之，但是我們試了一下我們的門卡根本開不了6樓的電梯，説明根本就是找個理由糊弄我們。而且有時候半夜也會聽到電話鈴聲響，響兩聲就掛了，不知道是惡作劇還是什麼。還有一個是冰箱裏麪和餐桌附近有蟑螂出沒。個

Arrived very late and we’re still welcome D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you. Excellentw location next to many great restaurants including Chilax. Nice uninterrupted view of the Indian ocean. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Good WiFi throughout. It’s a bit loud from the passing trains even after the windows are closed. Rooftop view of the Indian ocean is really relaxing. Staff is nice and relaxed. We recommend.
