One of the best hotels in Semarang! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful and spacious room to the excellent service. The staff were professional and welcoming, especially Sella at reception, and the location inside Queen City Mall made our stay so convenient. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

ชอบทุกส่วนของโรงแรมนี้ ในช่วงที่ฉันขึ้นและลงโรงแรมทั้งหมดในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา โรงแรม Gumaya แห่งนี้ได้มาตรฐานที่ดีในทุกด้าน โดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้า ฉันประหลาดใจมากที่พบว่าอาหารเช้ามีรสชาติอร่อย แผงลอย (มักจะเค็มเกินไป เฉียบเกินไป หรือแค่เบลอ..) แต่ที่ Gumaya เราเหมือนเดินทางไปร้านอาหารดั้งเดิมแต่ละแห่ง Gudeg แท้ๆ lumpia และ ikan bandeng ที่ดีมาก โซโต Ayam Semarang อุ่นๆ และ jamu โฮมเมด และน้ําผลไม้ ทั้งหมดเป็นเลิศ

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

There is a small shopping mall nearby, which makes it very convenient to grab meals, coffee, or daily necessities without going far. One of the highlights is Sunday morning, when the area hosts a car-free day event. The streets become lively with people walking, exercising, and enjoying local activities, creating a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recently traveled to Semarang for a business trip and stayed at Quest Prime Semarang. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to key areas of the city, which made my commute to meetings quite convenient. The room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent; they were attentive and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. However, I did find the breakfast options to be somewhat limited, which was a minor drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Quest Prime Semarang was positive and contributed well to my business trip.

Great hotel actually, nice pool and breakfast, but the building and interior is a little bit old that I’m not really into it. Many cracks at the wall and floor that not looks good. Its located in a local residences, not too close to the center of the city.

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.
