I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay.
The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony.
Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

ผผู้เข้าพักI asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!
