1 out of 2 that is truly 5 stars hotel available in Semarang city. All facilities meet up our expectation. Although price can be 3 times compare to other 4 star hotel. But we can different relax & convenient experience here. Tentrem mall just next door is a plus.

The service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid. We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours. We ordered room service too and the food was delicious. The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

Very clean, and tidy upkeep Staff helpful Breakfast had a wide variety of choices Definitely will stay here if return to Semarang Highly recommended 👍

We just stayed for one night in Chanti hotel before continuing our trip to the next destination. The twin room we stayed was little bit cramped but it was fine for 1 night.  The bed was firm but comfy, the bathroom was compact & small. The lobby isn’t on the street level & has to be accessed from the drop off/parking area by the elevators. The staff were courteous & friendly, the breakfast was good with many local specialties, western and Japanese dishes. We also had massage in the spa, the masseuses were skilled and gave us excellent massage. Overall, we like the hotel because the location is in the city center and we can walk to the malls, shops & eateries nearby. The downside is the small room & bathroom, also the soundproofing isn’t good because we heard the people talked in next room & hallway.

Great value for money! The hotel has a very aesthetic building, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is super strategic right in the Old Town area, making it very easy to get around. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, so I woke up a few times because of noise from people talking in the hallway. Honestly overall i would love to stay longer here❤️

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

Everyone was friendly..Staff were helpful and polite..They greeted you everytime they see you..Some even offered to assist you even though if you didn’t ask.Service was simply perfect,no complains! Gym and pool were under maintenance.Construction was going on at the main hotel.Wasn’t aware of the maintenance till you checked in (Maintenance Notice placed on room table).Maybe updates should be reflected on third party apps or via whatsapp to avoid disappointment. Wifi was poor. For a well rated hotel, this was a huge letdown.Management & maintenance should look into this. Was staying at room 806.Not sure if other floors or rooms are encountering this problem.Ended up using data roaming through my 3 days there.

The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even I had to waiting room to be ready, overall I had a great experience at awann hotel!

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.
