Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The lobby was elegant and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. I especially loved the stunning view from my window. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, all freshly prepared. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Every detail was carefully considered, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

酒店工作人員服務態度非常好，早上我們出門有點濛濛雨，工作人員會詢問要不要借把傘，很細心，餐廳飯菜也很可口，周邊環境和生態非常好，我們見到了松鼠 知了，很有意思……退房東西落房間了，工作人員詢問後説快遞給我，謝謝，走的時候還送了伴手禮土雞蛋，謝謝，五星好評

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.

訂房時是隨便訂的，為了這家設施裏的泳池，所以預期不高，入住後卻出乎意料的好，房間挺好，衞生不錯，設施也可以。酒店位置不在鬧市區，挺安靜，周邊也有吃飯的地方。早餐也不錯。前台也是出乎意料的好，專業之外多了挺多人情味，是這次暑假出行感覺最好的前台，尤其是一個叫王丹的姑娘，真是有問必答態度極好，我就隨口問了一句合肥有什麼小孩可以玩水的地方，有沒有紅色教育的地方？不一會兒她居然給我發了許多訊息，雖然沒用上，但是感覺特別好👍雖然沒有游到泳，但就這服務必須五顆星不含糊👍👍

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

We joined this beautiful location the first time based on recommendation from colleagues. It is very clean and peaceful area in the middle of zhipengshan mountain . The facility is clean , the food is great and fresh made. For people who are biking enthusiasts I just can recommend to bring your bikes and cycle around
