IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

ผผู้เข้าพักThere is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new!
The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

ผผู้เข้าพักI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of its strongest points is the location: it is extremely close to the metro station, which makes moving around the city very easy. Just a few steps away there is also a large shopping mall with many restaurants, cafés, and food options, perfect both for quick meals and relaxed dinners.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and welcoming. The staff was helpful and professional, which made the stay even smoother.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent transport connections and plenty of dining options nearby.

Llittle tinaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hefei. The location is very convenient — just a 12-minute walk to both Baohé Wanda Plaza and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making it easy to shop and explore the city. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed their 15-yuan breakfast every morning. The variety was impressive and the food was satisfying. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Hefei.
这次在合肥的入住体验非常棒。酒店位置十分便利，步行大约十二分钟就能到包河万达广场和淮河路步行街，出行购物都很方便。我连住了十天，每天早上都会吃他们家15元的早餐，种类丰富，吃得很满意。酒店整体很新，干净整洁，维护得很好。整体体验让我很满意，下次来合肥还会选择这家酒店。

ผผู้เข้าพักA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

PProud PanitaGood location in Hefei city centre. The check in was smooth. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi and heater worked well in room. Street noise wasn't to much. Overall, I enjoyed my stayed at Airmate Hefei.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom.
Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.
Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe.
Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.
Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
