This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Очень вежливый и ответственный персонал. Всегда были на связи и помогали решать любой вопрос, если такой возникал. Номера чистые, удобные. Еда была на высшем уровне, каждый день огромный выбор и разнообразие. Очень много развлечений для деток и взрослых. Обязательно вернемся снова

Отличный отель для поездки на несколько дней, возможность совместить деллвую поездку и отдых в Анталья. Мы приезжали на конференцию и совместили с отдыхом. Отель в 25 минутах пешком от Старого Города. На пляж мы ездили на такси (минут 20 в пути), работает заказ и оплата через Яндекс такси. Отель красивый, номера чистые, довольно просторные. Очень удобные кровати и подушки. В номере чайник, чай и кофе, питьевая вода в бутылках 0.5л. Богатый выбор блюд на завтраках, очень вкусно!!! Мы рекомендуем данный отель ждя тех, кто совмещает дела с отдыхом.

Delicious Breakfast & Dinner buffet. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

+great location +good food +warm swimming pool +clean environment +free bikes to explore the beach area -using Starbucks drinks ads at the bar - but that is a simple coffee machine coffee with some syrups -I was several time told that that is not a family hotel with kids entertainment. That is not their focus. But they have disco for kids and other activities but every time entertainment managers tell us they got less then 3 kids for the activity so they can’t have that activity according to the rules, but I see families with kids still coming to the activity area and they got the same answer “Sorry small amount of kids”, so there were many kids in the hotel willing to join any sort of activities. Seems that managers are not willing to have any activities for kids at all. But again they told me that I don’t understand their concept.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมประเภทเรียบง่าย สะอาด สะดวกสบาย และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานครบครัน เราชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่! เราเลือกแบบ ”รวมทุกอย่าง” ดังนั้นจึงรวมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มไว้เกือบตลอดเวลา (อาหารตุรกี) เครื่องดื่มต้อนรับและของขบเคี้ยวในบาร์มีจำกัด ซึ่งอาจเป็นเพราะฤดูกาล และช่องทีวีก็มีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก เราอยากดูหนังหรือช่องเพลงต่างประเทศมากกว่า ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่พื้นที่สปาพร้อมห้องอบไอน้ำและซาวน่าก็ดีมาก เราอยากเล่นเกมฟรีบ้างเพราะฝนตก แต่โชคไม่ดีที่พวกเขาคิดเงินค่าเล่นบิลเลียดและเกมอื่นๆ การแสดงเต้นรำตอนเย็นสร้างกำลังใจได้มาก!

Kwam aan kreeg kamer in bijgebouw terwijl ik gereserveerd had in hoofdgebouw moest ik 30 euro per nacht bij betalen ! Oplichterij na overleg 15 euro per nacht ..dus moest 210 extra betalen. Hoorde dat ze bij andere 40 per nacht vroegen.. Ook vond ik het t****e nadeel de schoonmaak van de kamer was niet top Ik heb na 6 dagen aan de schoonmaak gevraagd of ze mijn vloer kunnen doen want lag al 6 dagen vuil op de grond. Het eten is perfect..net als de zwembaden en het strand Kom hier voor de vierde keer maar dit jaar is het personeel bijna allemaal niet vriendelijk..erg jammer ook geen fooi dan.

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

We really enjoyed our family stay at the resort. Excellent all-inclusive foods and snacks all day. The reception staff was extremely caring and listened to all requests promptly. Perfect choice to choose suits. We hope to be back there again soon.
