From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Absolutely loved my stay. Perfectly located with tons to do nearby. Check-in was a breeze, and my room was sleek, modern, and packed with all the essentials. For the price, it’s a steal! Just a heads up – there's a construction site next door, but don’t let that stop you. Highly recommend this gem!

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Très bon hôtel, mais il fallait demander pour avoir une brosse à dent alors que normalement les hôtels les mettent à disposition sans qu’on leur demande. Faites attention l’hôtel enregistre votre carte bancaire et vous feront encore un prélèvement de 3€ sans votre consentement + la taxe de séjour, alors que dans d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles ils ne font pas cela.

Heel fijn hotel! Top locatie. Dicht bij veel leuke ontbijt tentjes en restaurantjes. Ook heel dichtbij bij veel bezienswaardigheden. Top!

100% recommended. All the required info was sent to me before my arrival to porto. Antique Building with a well renovated interior. Very clean room and bathroom. Free drinks and mini bar. Excellent location (Bus 200 takes you exactly to the door). Absolutely loved this place!

Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend

โดยรวมแล้วพอใจมากครับ/ค่ะ ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสะอาด อ่างล้างหน้ามีเอกลักษณ์ดี และห้องน้ำแยกส่วนแห้งเปียกออกจากกันได้อย่างลงตัว ล็อบบี้โรงแรมสามารถเดินตรงไปยังศูนย์อาหารข้างๆ ได้เลย และติดกับป้ายรถเมล์ ส่วนจุดจอดแท็กซี่ต้องเดินไปประมาณห้านาทีครับ/ค่ะ หากจะเดินไปแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ต้องใช้เวลาอย่างน้อยครึ่งชั่วโมง แนะนำให้นั่งแท็กซี่ไปดีกว่าครับ/ค่ะ

เราเช็คอินโดยไม่ต้องรอ และพนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและมีความรู้ดีมาก พนักงานคนหนึ่งเสนอที่จะแสดงแผนที่เมืองปอร์โตและแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญในเมืองให้เราดู ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่น่าประทับใจมาก ฉันอยากจะเน้นย้ำว่าโรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญๆ ทุกแห่งอยู่ในระยะเดินไม่ไกล นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถเดินจากสถานีรถไฟได้สะดวกมาก ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยม มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอ ทีวีจอใหญ่ และผลิตภัณฑ์อาบน้ำคุณภาพดีเยี่ยม เตียงค่อนข้างแข็งแต่ก็สบาย เรามีความสุขกับอาหารเช้าตลอด 3 คืน มีการสื่อสารผิดพลาดเกี่ยวกับราคาอาหารเช้า แต่ผู้จัดการโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีในการแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านทางอีเมลหลังจากการเข้าพัก พนักงานหญิงสาวที่เราพูดคุยด้วยในระหว่างอาหารเช้าทุกเช้าก็เป็นมิตร อบอุ่น และเป็นมืออาชีพมาก ในฐานะสมาชิก IHG Platinum เราตัดสินใจลองพักที่โรงแรมฮิลตันแห่งนี้ และก็ไม่ผิดหวังเลย มันยอดเยี่ยมตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ และการตอบกลับและการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วจากผู้จัดการโรงแรมเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ถึงความเอาใจใส่ รายละเอียด และการจัดการที่ยอดเยี่ยมของโรงแรมแห่งนี้ ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างยิ่งสำหรับการเข้าพักในเมืองปอร์โต

상벤투역과도 trinidade역과도 모두 도보 5분 거리라 비행기로 이동하여 공항철도 타기에도 좋고, 기차로 이동하는 분들께도 모두 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔이 아니라 아파트먼트 형식의 숙소예요. 거실에 큰 더블 침대가 하나 있고 소파가 있고 주방과 욕실이 나누어져있는 형태입니다. 식탁도 있고 조리도구도 웬만한 건 있어서(토스터기, 식기, 냄비, 커피머신 등) 요리해서 먹기도 좋아요! 보통 이렇게 도심 오래된 건물에 있는 숙소는 엘리베이터 없는 경우도 많던데 이 숙소는 엘리베이터 있어요! 온수도 콸콸 잘나옵니다 ㅎㅎ 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 온라인으로 하는 거라서 리셉션은 따로 없어요! 로비에 짐 맡기는 라커도 있어서 체크아웃 이후에도 캐리어 맡기고 잠시 도시 구경 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
