เราพักที่ Royal Tulip ในเดือนมกราคม 1-2 อย่างเป็นธรรมมีปัจจัยบวกมากมายเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนี้ ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นดีมากสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีมากเราชอบอาหารที่หลากหลาย น่าเสียดายที่ปัญหาท่อหลักและการบริการลูกค้าที่ไม่ดีทําลายประสบการณ์ของเราอย่างสมบูรณ์ ท่อในห้องของเราส่งเสียงดังและต่อเนื่องตลอดทั้งคืนซึ่งดังพอที่จะปลุกเราซ้ําแล้วซ้ําเล่า การแก้ไขชั่วคราวเพียงอย่างเดียวคือให้ฉันออกจากเตียงและล้างห้องน้ําหลายครั้ง ซึ่งดูเหมือนจะปรับท่อไว้สักพักก่อนที่เสียงจะเริ่มขึ้นอีกครั้ง เราอาจจะเข้าใจมากขึ้นหากพนักงานจัดการได้ดี แต่ปฏิกิริยาของแผนกต้อนรับนั้นน่าผิดหวังอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ เมื่อเรารายงานปัญหา พนักงานก็ปัดเราออกโดย ”ใช่เราจะตรวจสอบ” ไม่มีการขอโทษหรือความเห็นอกเห็นใจ และโดยตรงไปตรงมารู้สึกว่าพวกเขาไม่สนใจเลยหรือรู้เรื่องปัญหาแล้วและเพียงแค่ ไม่อยากจัดการกับมัน โรงแรมที่สวยงามและอาหารที่ดีมีความหมายน้อยมากถ้าคุณนอนไม่หลับและพนักงานไม่แยแสกับประสบการณ์ของคุณ เราจากไปรู้สึกหงุดหงิดและน่าเสียดายที่จะไม่กลับมาในทริปเดียวกันเราพักที่โนโวเทลด้วยและไม่มีปัญหาเหล่านี้เลย..

modern 4 star hotel that has the feel of a 5 star and all this at very fair price. Next time I will again prefer to stay with them, unless the pricing changes dramatically. Sunday check out 2 hours for free and given with a smile. This is hospitality. There was a pianist at the lobby on Saturday evening creating a nice and premium atmosphere. One of the things I like in Warsaw, it has everything you want, new, old, history, art, music, nature, bike lanes, esteps and ... superb hotels at low or fair prices.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use. The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

⏱️3D2N Summer 2026 Conveniently located at the city center inside Varso Place (Tower) with easy access to Warsawa Centralna Train Center & public transport i.e tram, buses and metro. There is a huge shopping center within 5 mins distance from the hotel. Old Town is 15mins away by bus from the hotel. Hotel room 1419 is spacious and I especially like the design of the bathroom. Everything is nicely and appropriately provided in the room, also loving the toiletries they have provided (scent of Rosemary & Ginger) with detachable hair dryer! ✨ Front desk staffs are welcoming & you may opt to pay additional 150zloty for early check-in (which I didn't as I used them to explore the old town 😬). The rooftop bar however is closed when I was there, so another option is pay for Warsaw Highline to see 360 deg Warsaw city.

I had a very pleasant stay at Barceló Warsaw. The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a great choice for a stay in Warsaw, and I would happily return.

เราจองห้องพักสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 4 คน 2 ห้อง แต่เมื่อมาถึงตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานหญิงสาวผมดำใส่แว่นบอกว่าเราจองแค่ห้องเดียว หลังจากที่เราแสดงอีเมลยืนยันการจองให้เธอดูหลายครั้ง เธอก็ยังยืนยันว่าไม่ได้จองห้องเดียว และไม่ยอมรับเลย สุดท้ายเธอก็เดินไปหาเพื่อนร่วมงานอีกคนที่แผนกต้อนรับ ซึ่งมาตรวจสอบในคอมพิวเตอร์และยืนยันว่าการจองนั้นเป็น 2 ห้องอย่างที่ฉันบอก เธอกลับรู้สึกไม่พอใจและไม่ขอโทษเลย ห้องพักก็ไม่ได้อยู่ชั้นเดียวกันด้วย เธอบอกว่าเป็นไปไม่ได้เนื่องจากเวลาที่เรามาถึง ซึ่งฉันคิดว่าแปลกมาก เพราะเราจองล่วงหน้า ไม่ได้จองตอนนั้น เธอยังอธิบายอีกว่าเราต้องใช้ลิฟต์คนละตัวเนื่องจากตำแหน่งห้องพัก แต่ต่อมาเราพบว่าไม่ใช่แบบนั้น เธอดูเหมือนจะไม่รู้เรื่องอะไรเลย พนักงานทำความสะอาดเป็นมิตรมากและห้องพักสะอาด แต่ห้องทั้งสองไม่เหมือนกัน ห้องหนึ่งใหญ่กว่าอีกห้อง ทั้งๆ ที่ราคาเท่ากัน ดังนั้นฉันจึงไม่พอใจในเรื่องนี้อีกเช่นกัน ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยมและอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก แต่หลังจากประสบการณ์แย่ๆ ที่เราได้รับตอนมาถึง เราจะไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่อีก และจะไม่แนะนำให้ใครมาพักที่นี่ด้วย

駅近で、夜暗くても外観が分かりやすいので、とっても良かったです。部屋も綺麗でした。シャワーも問題なし。ゴミ箱が裸のままなので、いろいろ捨てるのを躊躇いましたが(今回1回切りシャンプーのゴミとかは袋にまとめて捨てました)、海外はどこもこんな感じなんですかね。気になったのはそれくらいでした。

The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout. The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time.. Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper.... The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open... The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason.... It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

Awesome location! Very cozy and clean apartment with all necessary things and even more. We had beautiful terrace with stunning view where you can meet sunset 🤩
