OOften TravelerThe hotel was clean, bright, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were nicely styled with great natural light, and the design felt consistent throughout. Wi-Fi was strong across the entire property, which was a big plus.
The gym, while equipped with the basics, felt a bit underwhelming — located in the basement, it lacked the design attention given to the rest of the hotel. Still, overall, a great job on creating a stylish and comfortable space.

ผผู้เข้าพักAlways wonderful. Kind , cheerful, responsive and helpful front desk agents. This is not the case in many hotels. I stay here every time I am in Warsaw at least twice a year. My favorite! Chic decor, great restaurant food , elegant waiters.

PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

ผผู้เข้าพักOur experience of the hotel was very good. At the beginning we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorkeeper. The staff at reception were also helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and large.
Gym, sauna pool very pleasant.
The only remark is: to review the equipment I mean broken water dispenser at the sauna etc. And also the sauna at 8 30 was not warmed up.

AAmroI recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.

MMohamedHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

The hotel provides a shuttle to and fro the airport, which is very helpful. But you need to get in touch with the hotel to ascertain where in the airport is the shuttle.

CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations.
