Nice and friendly people Greg was very kind and helpful. The place is a home stiles and very clean and quiet. Most tourists places are very near and walking distance.

Friendly receptionist, no waiting around to check in. Provided extra parking time which was a nice touch. Clean room, comfortable bedding, didn’t stay for breakfast so unable to comment on this.

Food and service was very good, also location was excellent, and rooms really nice plenty of room, only one complaint the bottom big window, needs cleaning or replacing, you can't see out it as well as it's got all water marks all down the inside. Apart from that everything perfect. And the sea view and across the park was lovely, shame that window spoilt view abit. We will definitely be back, when we visit Bournemouth again. 😀.

The service was good and the staff were lovely. Cleanliness could be much better and the hot breakfast can have many more options.

The hotel was lovely. Room was very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The only negative thing I will say is that we were in the annex not the main hotel and the main doors and lift were out of order. Apart from that our stay was very nice.

Given a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on. The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean. Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ระดับสามดาวในประเทศ แต่ก็ยังสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย เงียบมาก. ห่างจากทะเลประมาณ 100 ถึง 200 เมตร ใกล้มาก แต่ต้องลาดเล็กๆ ประมาณ 50 เมตร อากาศในเดือนกรกฎาคมยังหนาวอยู่เล็กน้อยและไม่สามารถลงไปทะเลได้ เมืองมีขนาดเล็กมาก เลี้ยวขวาประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตรจากโรงแรมคือแลนด์มาร์คของชิงช้าสวรรค์ ใช้เวลาขับรถครึ่งชั่วโมงและ 1 ชั่วโมงไปยัง Old Harry Rocks และ Doordoodle ไม่ไกล

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price

staff were wonderful however, the inside and outside pool closed. the sauna was closed. the hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. no air condition in very small roon, no place for your luggage, the room was that small. no phone in the bedroom. im disabled and was on the first floor, no lift to that floor. they do not cater for the disabled and there are lots of steps. the place was shabby, everywhere needed painting. the table and chairs outside the sun had taken away all the varnish. the room was clean and the bathroom was ok. the place needs a total overhaul. very disappointed as i stayed for only one night and it cost 85.74 euros. i then stayed for 6 nights at another hotel in camborne and only paid £300 for 6 nights, it was 3 star and included a full english breakfast. at bournemouth eastcliffe the cost didnt include breakfast. i spoke to some of the staff and they told me that they were tired of having to apologise to tourists when so many complained. apparently the owners for so long either do not listen or dont care. this hotel should be downgraded.
