This is without doubt the ideal place to stay in Pingyao Gucheng. It is located pretty much equidistant from the 4 gate towers - smack in the middle of the ancient town. It is right at the edge of the no-car zone (which is approximately the Southern half of the Gucheng), and this means that the hotel's car can drop you off right at the hotel's gate, and there is no need to roll your luggage down a street or transfer from car to electric cart. The Gucheng's main street is 5 minutes' walk away, easy access to all the restaurants, shops and main attractions. The hotel oozes old world charm, yet is up-to-date with modern amenities like heating in both room and bathroom, comfortable beds, key cards, etc. Hygiene and service were impeccable. The driver picked us up from and dropped us back at the high-speed train station on time, front desk staff checked on our needs all the time, helped with our bags (driver calling ahead before arriving), gave us daily fruit platters and water, etc. We had a fantastic time, and felt more taken care of than anywhere else on this month-long trip in China. Definitely recommend this hotel.

ไม่ค่อยได้เขียนรีวิวโรงแรมเท่าไหร่ แต่ที่นี่ประทับใจมาก ๆ เปลี่ยนความคิดที่มีต่อที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ไปเลยค่ะ ทำเลดีมาก เดินทางสะดวก แถมทางโรงแรมยังมีบริการรับส่งสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ๆ ด้วยความที่เราอยากไปดูโชว์ 'อีกครั้งที่ผิงเหยา' ทางโรงแรมก็กลัวว่าช่วงตรุษจีนคนจะเยอะ รถติด แล้วจะไปไม่ทัน เลยจัดให้พนักงานเอาสัมภาระของเราไปส่งให้ที่หน้างานแสดงเลยค่ะ แล้วก็มีรถพาเราไปส่งที่สถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงอีกด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมครบครัน มีทั้งเครื่องดื่มและของว่างให้ด้วยค่ะ อาหารเช้าแม้จะดูเรียบง่าย แต่ก็จัดมาอย่างดีและสวยงามค่ะ

Very clean and spacious room. The hosts were very helpful and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot and felt very comfortable at the hotel. We were even provided with some fruits at our arrival and some snacks for our journey on the day we left. It was also possible to wash our clothes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Pingyao at Delian Homestay.

A pleasant family-run homestay near the northern gate of Pingyao Old Town, in a quieter area away from the main crowds. The hosts are very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, offering a warm and personal welcome. The complimentary transfer to and from the train station is very convenient, and small gestures like offering fruits, snacks and local vinegar as farewell gift add a thoughtful touch. The room is spacious, rather clean, and well-equipped, with modern amenities and even some smart home features. The bed is comfortable, although the bedding presentation could be improved slightly (ironed). There are also a couple of minor details—such as the bathtub not being firmly fixed—that could benefit from a bit more attention to ensure the safety. Breakfast is simple and local in style, which many may appreciate for its authenticity, though it is relatively basic. Overall, this homestay offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with a lot of potential. With a little more attention to finishing details and consistency, it could easily become an excellent choice for visitors.

This is a brand new hotel. Everything works well in the room, and the smart AI assistant is both amusing and practical in controlling room functions. The room furnishings are of good quality. The hotel is an amazing location, as it is just a short walk to the ancient city as well as the You Qian Ping Yao show, which is highly recommended. The hotel staff will book the tickets for you at a slight discount and it is not part of the hotel package, whichl makes it appear to be free. There are many eateries next to the hotel, and there is even a night food street just 100m away, but it was only open during the weekends during my stay in winter. There is also a big supermarket about 300m away, and many bakeries and bubble tea joints. There are plenty of food options.. Most importantly, the owner will fetch you to and fro from the train station. The hotel staff are also very warm and friendly, and will make you feel most welcome. The hotel owner also provided a humidifier, which really provided me much relief from the low humidity Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

โรงแรมสวยมาก บริการดีมาก พนักงานเอาใจใส่ลูกค้ามากๆ และให้การช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ใกล้ประตูฝั่ง west มีพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ๆ ไปถึงห้อง รอบๆ โรงแรมเงียบไม่วุ่นวาย มีร้าน minimart อยู่ตรงข้าม โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งไปสถานีรถไฟ pingyaoguchange เราจองห้อง family แบบ 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ ห้องใหญ่สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน และมีบริการเช่าชุดถ่ายรูป ชุดฟรี สามารถใส่ออกไปเดินรอบๆ เมืองได้ มีค่าบริการเพิ่มหากต้องการแต่งหน้าทำผมด้วย และสามารถเพิ่มบริการให้ช่างภาพถ่ายภาพให้ภายในบริเวณโรงแรม แนะนำว่าคุ้มค่าเพราะภาพที่ได้มาสวยมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสไปอีกจะไปพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน
