Ddalila_ag85Una vera e propria chicca di eleganza e raffinatezza all’interno della città fortificata. Servizio impeccabile sia prima, che durante e dopo il soggiorno. Tutto lo staff è stato disponibile per ogni dettaglio, coccolandoci dal primo istante, venendo a prenderci alla stazione e riportandoci. Non avendo pranzato ci hanno anche portato frutta e snack in camera all’arrivo. Colazione fatta apposta per noi in stile occidentale. La camera era pulita e moderna. Letti comodi. Bellissimo! Grazie per la splendida esperienza!

LLiuMKThis is a brand new hotel. Everything works well in the room, and the smart AI assistant is both amusing and practical in controlling room functions. The room furnishings are of good quality. The hotel is an amazing location, as it is just a short walk to the ancient city as well as the You Qian Ping Yao show, which is highly recommended. The hotel staff will book the tickets for you at a slight discount and it is not part of the hotel package, whichl makes it appear to be free. There are many eateries next to the hotel, and there is even a night food street just 100m away, but it was only open during the weekends during my stay in winter. There is also a big supermarket about 300m away, and many bakeries and bubble tea joints. There are plenty of food options.. Most importantly, the owner will fetch you to and fro from the train station. The hotel staff are also very warm and friendly, and will make you feel most welcome. The hotel owner also provided a humidifier, which really provided me much relief from the low humidity Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

MMalcolm CamilleriWhat an amazing stay we had. They even upgraded us to another luxury room because there was a slight problem with the living room light. The place is really well kept and beautiful. Very peaceful and central location . The people at the reception were very helpful and kept us in touch with we chat all the time.they even came for us and took us back to the station. Breakfast was devine ::)) . Highly recommend to stay if you plan to come to beautiful pingyao. Thanks guys for your great service. Keep it up.

The hosts are very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, offering a warm and personal welcome. The complimentary transfer to and from the train station is very convenient, and small gestures like offering fruits, snacks and local vinegar as farewell gift add a thoughtful touch. The room is spacious, rather clean, and well-equipped, with modern amenities and even some smart home features. The bed is comfortable, although the bedding presentation could be improved slightly (ironed). There are also a couple of minor details—such as the bathtub not being firmly fixed—that could benefit from a bit more attention to ensure the safety. Breakfast is simple and local in style, which many may appreciate for its authenticity, though it is relatively basic. Overall, this homestay offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with a lot of potential. With a little more attention to finishing details and consistency, it could easily become an excellent choice for visitors.

VVAYangExcellent location with a nice intro buffet dinner for local cuisine and breakfast included. Next to an important Taoist shrine and provision shops. Also within 5-10 min walk from the “New East Gate” which is important if you want to take a taxi for sights outside the walled city. Note outside vehicles are not allowed to get into the walled city. Extremely helpful staff and the high speed rail station to hotel transfer service is much appreciated especially since outside taxi cannot get into the hotel location. We speak mandarin and found the ancient city tour guides well worth the money. Look for the guides with the standardised purple windbreakers in winter. Standardised price but worth every cent. Glad my family took the detour to Ping Yao
