Had a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested. Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared. When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids. If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use. We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe. None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven! โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใน รีสอร์ท World ตรงข้ามกับสนามบิน เดินจากสนามบินมาที่โรงแรมใช้เวลาเพียงประมาณ 15 นาที ข้างๆโรงแรมมี7-11 และก็มีแมคโดนัล ตรงข้ามโรงแรม มี ห้างสรรพสินค้า ฉันคิดว่ามันสะดวกสบายมากมาย พนักงานที่โรงแรมก็ให้การต้อนรับอย่างดีและที่สำคัญฉันสามารถ check Out late ได้ถึง 14:00 น ฉันชอบมากๆถ้ากลับมาอีกฉันคิดว่าจะมาพักที่นี่ และแถวโรงแรมก็มีคาสิโน ถ้าหากว่าใคร ชอบเล่นคาสิโน ฉันคิดว่าพักที่นี่ จะตอบโจทย์คุณได้ดีทุกอย่าง

Location is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk. As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright. The food actually tastes good. What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it. I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no. Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup. I think they should reconsider this service. The room is small but its not bad. Everything else is just okay. Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.

We stayed for one night and did not use the washing machine. The unit is suitable for long stays since you can cook your own meals. It has basic kitchen utensils, including a pan, glasses, spoons, and forks. This is a city-view unit that can accommodate up to 5 guests. During our stay, the place was clean and cozy. There is an Alfamart, Watsons Pharmacy, ZUS Coffee, KyuKyu Ramen, and a Thai massage shop in Tower A, if I remember correctly. The host was responsive throughout our stay. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool access requires an additional fee. You need to coordinate with and pay the host first, then proceed to the reception. At the reception, we were given a receipt showing a pool fee of ₱150 per person, but the host charged us ₱250 each. The room instructions also stated that the pool fee is ₱200 per person, which was a bit confusing due to the inconsistent information. We did notice a few small cockroaches, although this seems to be common in some condos and staycation units. Cons: There were no trash bags provided, so we had to reuse the plastic bags from the water and food we bought. Overall, we had a great stay.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.
