Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

We would like to share our appreciation of the wonderful job and the pleasant experience we had with MJ, our housekeeping server. she always served with a smile and gave us a sense of security with knowing we can trust her when we were not in our room. she checked on us when we walked by in hallway to make sure we did not need anything and was always approachable. Another reason we will give a referral to our friends and family.

Although the check in and check out counter should be more efficient and move fast because its very slow service it took us almost 45 minutes to check in. I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Thank You and please all keep SAFE in these unpredictable times. Mike X (British)

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

กลางคืนค่อนข้างใกล้กับถนนสากะ เดินประมาณ 10 นาทีถึงร้านสะดวกซื้อที่ใกล้ที่สุด แต่พอเข้าซอยหลังมืดมาก มีแผงขายอาหารแค่หนึ่งหรือสองร้าน บริเวณใกล้เคียงไม่มีที่กิน โรงแรมมีบาร์ มีดนตรีและซาวน่าให้แขกได้ใช้บริการซาวน่าฟรี ภายในโรงแรมปลอดภัยดังนั้นผมคิดว่าดีมากสําหรับผู้ที่กลัวเสียเวลาหรือออกไปเที่ยวกลางคืนคนเดียว ห้องเก่ามาก ดิฉันขอเปลี่ยนกลิ่นบุหรี่ในห้องสูบบุหรี่ (ไม่ได้ระบุ) แต่ห้องเต็มแล้วเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ ทางเดินก็เหม็นมากด้วย คิดว่าโรงแรมนี้ยากสําหรับคนที่กังวลเรื่องกลิ่นบุหรี่

Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.
