We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Okura Hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the duty manager Ms. Lia. Despite some initial challenges with obtaining an ironing board through the concierge, the duty manager went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Not only did she promptly address the issue, but she also surprised me with a thoughtful gesture by providing a platter of fresh fruits and even sending an activity book for my daughter, which truly made our stay memorable. Additionally, the flexibility of arranging a late check-out added further convenience and made our departure stress-free. The dedication and attention to detail displayed by the duty manager truly exemplify the high standards of service at this hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience in the future

The place was very cozy and clean! Liked how organized things were! Guess, the only thing that we kinda not enjoyed was the noise outside - eg. banging of nearby doors when closing it Owner unit was accommodating and can be contacted easily

We had a wonderful stay at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia! The location is excellent—just a short walk from SM Mall of Asia, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and a great view. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful view of Manila Bay, especially during sunset. The breakfast also had a good variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both staycations and business trips!
