I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Room was clean and nice The bathroom though had a few cracks under the sink and the cement was falling on the floor Overall, still pretty good Service is top notch! From our early check in from Marj to Tonie's utmost concern for me (i have an injury and he was always helping me around and checking on me), plus attention to detail at the resto when we had and lastly, late check ou and additional free amenities after checking out, it felt like we were long staying guests with the care and service that they showed us (we only stayed overnight!) Would stay here again given the chance

Stayed before awhile ago reception staff good fast check in room spacious with Bench table And chairs to eat and drink Bed Big firm good to sleep TV No channels only Netflix and YouTube airconditioning very weak didnt get the room very cold tea and coffee making facilities And also a refrigerator which was good safe Not working. Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

This hotel has an excellent location, right next to the capitol building in Cebu. Many useful shops were within walking distance. Good restaurants as well. Its greatest strength is its convenient location. The service staff were very polite, always opened the door, allowed us to make a small adjustment to our reservation (very kind!), and even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Downsides are that there's almost no parking, the wifi doesn't consistently deliver internet connection even if you're connected to the wifi, the room was very noisy due to no sound dampening, the room was incredibly small, and there's no comforter on the bed! Only a thin sheet. I think at the very least I would recommend fixing the internet connection and adding a top layer sheet, so that sleeping is more comfortable. With those improvements I think it would be quite a bit better. The service staff definitely left a positive impression on me, excellent service 👍

Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.

I like that the location is close to the event I have attended. The staff are also friendly and approachable. It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.
