Found main resturant staff and reception very helpful and happy in their work. Skybar staff need a good shake up. Please be aware of dress codes for hotel. Not that it affected me but it may some on holiday. Pool dress code. Sykbar dress code. Resturant dress code. Pool and rooms very clean. A big thank you to Bryan for arranging our trip to Oslob.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Stayed at Radisson Blu Cebu for 4D3N and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, as it’s just beside SM City Cebu, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Service from the staff was good—they were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was okay, nothing particularly standout but decent enough. However, we were quite disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed for renovation, and there was no prior notice about this on their website. It would have been helpful to know in advance, as this affected our overall experience. Considering the price we paid, the stay did not feel like good value for the money, especially with limited facilities available. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location and good service, but better communication and value would make a difference.

Room was clean and nice The bathroom though had a few cracks under the sink and the cement was falling on the floor Overall, still pretty good Service is top notch! From our early check in from Marj to Tonie's utmost concern for me (i have an injury and he was always helping me around and checking on me), plus attention to detail at the resto when we had and lastly, late check ou and additional free amenities after checking out, it felt like we were long staying guests with the care and service that they showed us (we only stayed overnight!) Would stay here again given the chance

Stayed before awhile ago reception staff good fast check in room spacious with Bench table And chairs to eat and drink Bed Big firm good to sleep TV No channels only Netflix and YouTube airconditioning very weak didnt get the room very cold tea and coffee making facilities And also a refrigerator which was good safe Not working. Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.
