ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location right opposite Grand Batam Mall. Super convenient with food and massage places just a short walk away. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, and the rainshower is excellent. They were also nice enough to provide extra water when requested. Just note you can hear the nearby mosques (music) at times, but otherwise a perfect stay!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

JJoni11311The location is good where surrounding are the well known cafe such as Joyi, Sol by Nick, Itsumo, Itch cafe and etc. And, is walking distance to BCS Mall.
Check-in service is smooth and a WhatsApp number is required for room and WiFi password. A deposit of 300k rupiah is required.
Room is well cleaned and is cold. Perfect for hot weather. Room is spacious and can just order grab food to chill in the room when weather is hot outside. Just a little comment on the pathetic hair dryer where the wind can’t even dry up my 5 year old son’s hair. And shower cap is not provided.
Overall is a great experience. Would be back.

Ttravel_lover23I stayed in both the Superior Room and Deluxe Room during my trip and found both room types to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay.
Breakfast is also excellent.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small coffee table in each room. We ordered room service and found it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably in the room. With three plates of food, there was very limited space on the dressing table as it was already occupied by the kettle, cups, and coffee amenities. A small coffee table would make a big difference, especially for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms.
The location is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to Grand Mall Shopping Centre, only 3 minutes from BCS Mall and the morning market, and just a stone's throw away from Si Fang Yuan Dim Sum. There are also plenty of massage centres and great food options within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay⁹.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic location.
Will definitely be back again!

Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of Indonesian and Chinese culinary choices. The area is anchored by two key malls, Grand Mall and Batam City Mall, and includes a large food court that is open late into the evening.

แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เดินไปห้างสรรพสินค้าและตลาดได้ภายใน 5-10 นาที สะดวกมาก
มีบริการนวดในห้องด้วย ราคาค่อนข้างถูก แต่คุณภาพไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่
