"Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again. "Aston is located in the central of Batam, walking distance to lots of cafe, massage centers and even grand Batam mall. Easy to call grab to travel around at a super affordable price. The hotel provides breakfast and clean the room daily. The room is spacious too, the minus point is Indonesia music were heard in the middle of the night for 2 nights when we were sleeping, our room is located at level 3 near the lift."
