"Overall is good and is worth the money. The room is spacious and the location is quite close to Grand Batam Mall. Beside hotel is Starbucks, if u lazy to go out you can have coffee over there. Oh, the hotel breakfast also nice. They provide various choices of pastry, western to local food. Just one thing that needs to improve the sound proof. "Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again. "Whenever I go to harbourbay, I will always stay in Zest Hotel. It is only 2 to 3 walk away from the harbourbay ferry terminal. Service staff and bellboy are equally friendly. Room service also top notch laundry services are super fast and economically priced. Although the breakfast do not have many dishes, it is tasty."
