The hotel was located within an area with a lot of massage parlours and eateries which was great. The grand Batam mall was just next to the hotel which was easily accessible with connecting lift access. There’s also other shopping malls within walking distance too. The hotel facilities (swimming pool and gym) were good though we didn’t use them. The complimentary high tea food at Oak Bistro was surprisingly good comprising sweet and savoury items. The welcome snacks and beverages in room was a surprise as we thought it was chargeable.. turns out it was complimentary! Buffet breakfast spread was standard but the bread and steam dim sum were hard and cold. The fried noodles and rice were also quite cold though it was closed with a cover. Overall the buffet was satisfactory. Service staff cleaning the plates were kind of slow though there weren’t many guests. Room amenities was basic and good. Overall stay was great. Would recommend staying at this hotel due to the good location and facilities and access to other places within Batam.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Panbil Batam. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the busy city area. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool and gym, were well maintained.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. I emailed them in advance to request for a room decoration which they promptly replied with the brochure and met all of my requests. The service person at the counter on check in was also very polite and nice. Hotel breakfast was decent - huge variety but not all tastes great. Overall a lovely stay and would come back again!

The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
