"นอกจากสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกจะเก่าไปหน่อยแล้ว อย่างอื่นก็ค่อนข้างดี ฉันอยากจะแนะนําเล็กน้อย ลูกของฉันเคยไปเยี่ยมชมสองครั้ง แต่ก็ไม่เต็มใจที่จะเข้าไปในสนามเด็กเล่นในร่มทั้งสองครั้งเพราะรู้สึกน่ากลัวเล็กน้อย สภาพแวดล้อมในสนามเด็กเล่นค่อนข้างมืด บางทีสนามเด็กเล่นอาจได้รับการออกแบบใหม่เพื่อให้สะอาด สว่างขึ้น ร่าเริงและต้อนรับมากขึ้น ฉันเชื่อว่าสิ่งนี้จะทําให้เด็กรู้สึกสบายขึ้นและส่งเสริมให้พวกเขาเพลิดเพลินกับพื้นที่เล่นมากขึ้น"

"Wonderful Stay at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Had a very pleasant stay at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, and conveniently located near Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making arrival and departure very easy.  Breakfast was another highlight! Delicious, with a good variety of choices to start the day. Real juices would be much appreciated instead of cordials.   Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Batam!"
