🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

La verdad que si quieres paz y tranquilidad el hotel está en excelente ubicación, a unos 15 minutos caminando de los templos de Lourdes, personal amable, saben español a la perfección, desayuno con lo justo, no gran cosa. Aceptan mascotas con un suplemento de 8€ la noche. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Recomendable 100%.

The lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes.

Stayed there for 3 days with family Close to church. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.had buffet 2 days however not many options in that.better if they could add few more options in buffet .

Tutto perfetto! Hotel in ottima posizione per andare al santuario. Stanza pulìta e cibo della mezza pensione eccellente. In particolare Paula, sempre sorridente, ha reso ameno il mio soggiorno!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, tout était top ! Le personnel est très agréable, les locaux sont magnifiques. L’hôtel se trouve juste à 3 min à pieds de la grotte de massabielle ce qui est super !

Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room.

Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes
