The place is in a prime spot within Fairview, QC. It's a walking distance from all the malls, major food establishments, spa, and convenience stores.We didn't have a single problem coming and going to Trees Residences. The guards are friendly and very professional. We were given a complimentary bottle of water, coffee, and a cupcake which is good. We also had a fresh set of towels. The place has a full set of kitchen appliances, except an induction cooker so if you wanted to cook you may need to use their air fryer instead. The whole unit is quite clean, The bathroom is working, we just had a bit of trouble with the water heater which didn't work the first time we tries it. The host provided a new roll of toilet paper. They also have a full liter of hand sanitizer, an alcohol spray, and air freshener ready for use. No toiletries, you'll have to bring your own which is fair. Overall, cleanliness can be improved, A new set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and blankets would be great. To be fair, the linens were spotless, they just had a bit of a smell which I didn't like. The host is very commendable, they stay responsive to all my queries. Even guided us in advance for a smooth check in process. When they ran into trouble with their wifi, the host kindly offered to refund a sum for compensation. Overall, we had a good stay. This listing is recommended.

The management of Fersal Hotel is very accommodating and considerate. I booked my relative in Fersal Hotel Malakas to accompany a patient in Philippine Heart Centre. They just need atleast a decent place to rest and bath while looking after her sister as the Hospital can't offer this. There was an urgent cancellation of the surgery a day before the booking which I don't get it and waiting to reschedule it. I message the management if it's possible to move the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. They're very human and considerate with the situation. They allowed me to change the date of booking within the 3 months period. Thank you so much Fersal Team, you're the best!May God bless you.

The journey left him drained—stuck in that infamous traffic, utterly exhausted by the time he arrived. I booked him a room, and it was pure magic. He stepped in and instantly felt a wave of peace wash over him: a spotless room with all the essentials, blazing-fast WiFi, and zero disturbing noise for the soundest sleep of his trip. The secure location is a gem—24/7 fast food and a convenience store right outside, plus a nice, welcoming ambiance. The cherry on top? The manager and supervisor personally checked in on him, making us feel truly valued. And the spot couldn't be better: a short walk to Farmers Plaza and Gateway Mall, where we unwound with delicious dinners. My brother was so thankful—he left refreshed and ready to conquer his meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing a serene reset in the city!

Sogo is basically a sex hotel that people use for short time hook ups. My first experience of it in the Philippines was rather: So dirty So bad. I had a face rash from the bed linen. This time I was dreading a similar experience. It did not happen, I stayed four nights. The location is perfect. Next door are: McDonalds, Jollibee, ChowKing, a supermarket and 7-11. Underground secure parking. Room spacious. Staff friendly and amenable. Prestation -price? Very good. There was an issue with breakfast included. Be careful to select the right option if you wish for breakfast. The hotel offers food at a cost. There was an issue with a hand rail in the bath (no walk in shower)which was subsequently fixed. My room had two beds…very handy for a friend that stayed one night with me. The room was clean. No room service like in a normal hotel. The issue here is privacy. The staff will gladly assist you whilst you are there. So you must ask. Overall? A good place to go, not expensive, and the local shops offer good choice. Thumbs up from me

All the staff are accommodating Location is favorable especially when you are still new in the place because all you needed is to storm out the nearest establishment to get what you want..place is peaceful except that during my 2 days stay there were children who keeps running around outside their room and they are too loud for me to just play a music from my cp..

Stayed total 3-4days Pros: Price: affordable, old ac unit but Still Good cold settings With 2 bottles of water, simple toiletries kit, good water pressure with heater, bed is thick and good, soft pillows. Cons: Blanket: thin, Thin, THIN! See through. Not a duvet like advertised. Literal extra bed Sheet. WITH traces of where bleach Was heavily used. Stairs: All unit is in the 3rd floor, im not athletic. No hotel slippers,

I requested for additional slippers thrice since there’s only 1 pair as we arrived but ignored, bathroom door is creaking, AC is noisy. Only 1 shampoo and soap provided for 2 person. Shower is not functioning well.
