Staying at this hotel felt like discovering a secret oasis amidst the city’s busy streets. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and an atmosphere that immediately melted away the stress of urban life.
The ambiance is truly a paradise in the middle of the city — lush greenery, tranquil water features, and beautifully designed spaces that make you forget you’re in QC. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and offered a stunning view that perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. CCalifornia CoachIt was better this time than last. The food, admittedly overpriced, was better. This time, we only ate the breakfast that came with the room. The meal last time was bad, so we weren't about to subject ourselves to such torture again.
The bangus we had for breakfast was twice as big as the one we were served last time and was properly cooked. The previous time, the fish was fried to the point of disintegratration and should have been thrown back in the first place.
We stayed here because it was convenient to where we needed to go. The previous time, they overcharged us by 200 pesos (double the cost) for a room refrigerator. My wife caught this, and they applied the overcharge to this time, which h was fine.
Nothing great or terrible about this place. But it's inexpensive and fine if your primary need is a place to sleep

ผผู้เข้าพักWe booked the Deluxe room for 2 nights in a hurry as our flight got cancelled. We got kids so we decided to stay somewhere where the amenities are something that we can enjoy, our kids loved the well-maintained pool, the mini playground and even though we're not able to try the sauna and gym due to time constraints, we are amazed by how clean the hotel is..the location is great especially and judging by our stay, the price and quality of the stay we had there was worth it! The receptionist, the pool staff ESPECIALLY the lobby and parking guard was so HELPFUL!! Our car battery got drained, they went extra mile helping me to jumpstart the car. He radioed for help and 6 men came down from their team and even took a service pick up van to help us out. I am sad because I was trying to give something back to them but they just took off and did not accept the cash. But I want to express my gratitude towards the great staff of this hotel. We will never forget the great experience and humanity you showed us today.

KKC_GalThe hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The price is very affordable, and it’s also a family-friendly hotel. There is a garden on the roof deck where you can relax and enjoy your coffee, as well as an on-site restaurant.
We ordered food from our room, and it was served very quickly. The food was delicious.
We stayed in a deluxe room on the 4th floor. Although there was no view, the room was very quiet with no outside noise at all. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, a clean bathroom, and a smart TV where you can watch YouTube 🙂 Water dispensers (hot and cold) are available on every floor, which is very convenient. We stayed in the deluxe room for two nights and had a great experience.
Parking is free. While it can be a bit tricky to get out, the parking attendants are very friendly and always willing to help when backing up the car.
Overall, if I need a hotel again, this would be my first choice—affordable, clean, quiet, and with free parking.

TTracing the TraceysThe room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience.
As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.
