This hotel welcomed us with open arms!!! From the minute we arrived they were very friendly and helpful, check in was so easy a quick. We pre booked dofferent experiences and ended up changing all the times but they did this very easily and still we managed to do everything we wanted to. The resturant staff were super friendly and it was so nice being able to just walk across to eat at night times. It's a very quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms are second to none.

The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.

Убирались каждый день. Очень приятный персонал. Вид на океан только боковой из-за расположения отеля. Расположение отеля хорошее, на расстоянии 5-10 минут большой фудкорт и торговый центр. В 2 минутах набережная. Немного смутило, что если оставлять ключ на ресепшн, то он там лежит весь день на стойке не спрятанный, при этом ресепшн расположен сразу после ресторана и никакого контроля нет, то есть каждый может зайти и взять ключ от вашего номера, поэтому ключ стали забирать с собой. Завтрак очень вкусный, предлагают на выбор меню, из которого вы выбираете основное блюдо, также делают вкусный кофе, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и свежевыпеченные мафины. Единственный момент - завтрак начинается в 7.30 и готовят его довольно неспешно, так что готовьтесь выйти с него не раньше 8.15/8.30 утра. Но неспешность это в целом про всю Африку)

I stayed here for one night as I was transiting Cape Town with a flight the following morning. The check-in experience was pretty quick and seamless, as my booking was pre-paid. I stayed here being fully aware of the carbon-neutral moto. The hotel appeared clean and tidy. The free shuttle from the airport was trouble-free. The directions to the pick-up was simple to follow. The pick-up was on time, and it was a very short ride to the hotel - literally a matter of minutes. The room I was allocated - 233 - was spacious and clean. However, I was surprised by the bizarre layout, especially with the way the shower and bedroom is almost open plan - only a screen separate the two areas. The toilet is separated by a door, though. Other than that, I had no major issues with the room. The bed was large and comfortable, my sleep was not disturbed and it was generally a positive short stay. The shower worked fine, it took a little getting use to the water-saving feature in the sink tap. The toilet flush may have a malfunction, because it would stay stuck when pressed, and required tapping for the button to return from a pressed state. I felt safe during my stay, and was reassured by the security procedures in place when booking an Uber - drivers are asked to scan their driving licence at the gate when entering the grounds. The drive to the V&A Waterfront was about 25-30 minutes. I had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant - Nuovo. The menu was okay, but not spectacular. I visited the restaurant when it was relatively quiet with diners. However, I found staff were not particularly attentive. It took a while before someone approached me and provided a menu. The vegan burger I order was nice, even if it looked a bit dry. It was the only chargeable thing I incurred, which I put on the room (250 ZAR to pay on check-out). The breakfast is a decent buffet of hot and cold food, plus live omelette bar. There’s also pancake making facilities, automatic coffee machines and more. On check-out, to my surprise, I was informed of bills totally 600 ZAR. I explained that I only had one meal at 250 ZAR, which the reception staff accepted. However, a few days later, I received emails claiming that I had an unpaid bill for 350 ZAR, which I had to explain again in my response (I did not receive further contact after that). I think this was a case of staff incorrectly reading a room number when processing, or a guest deliberately giving the wrong room number. I caught the shuttle back to the airport after checking out, again trouble-free. All-in-all, a very good airport hotel, and one I could easily recommend to others.

ห้องพักสวยมาก น่าพักที่สุดในครั้งนี้ ภูเขาโต๊ะอยู่หน้าหน้าต่าง สวยมาก ไม่มีอะไรจะพูดเกี่ยวกับพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ตก และวิวกลางคืน อยากอยู่ในเทพนิยาย บริการดีมาก! ! ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทําไมบางคนถึงบอกว่าการประเมินไม่ดีในการประเมิน! ! ฉันเป็นผู้หญิงที่เดินทางคนเดียวและไม่กล้าไปใจกลางเมืองด้วยตัวเอง ผู้จัดการล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมเดินไปกับฉันไปที่สถานีเป็นพิเศษและช่วยฉันถ่ายรูปตลอดทาง เรากลายเป็นเพื่อนที่ดีและดีมาก ทั้งโรงแรมเผยให้เห็นความหรูหราแบบเก่า ตั้งแต่ทางเดินเข้าไปในล็อบบี้ไปจนถึงท่าเรือในสนามหลังบ้าน สวยงามมาก ฉันคิดว่ามันดีกว่า 1w ข้างบ้านมาก และวิวของบ้านนั้นถูกปิดกั้นไว้มากมาย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน! ! มีบุฟเฟ่ต์หอยนางรม... เหมาะกับหัวหอยนางรมอย่างฉันมาก ฉันชอบกินบาร์บีคิวมาก แต่ระดับการย่างในวันถัดไปแตกต่างกัน และพ่อครัวหลังก็ย่างใหม่ให้ฉันเป็นพิเศษ มีร้านอาหารชั้นล่างที่ดี เชฟ/เจ้าของเป็นผู้หญิง อาหารผ่านการตีความทางวัฒนธรรมมากมายซึ่งดีมาก มีอาหารหนึ่งจานเพื่อความบันเทิงกับมิเชลโอบามา แปลกใจที่พบว่าที่นี่สตรีนิยมก็เพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน มาพักหลายวันแล้วเป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมโปรดในชีวิตนี้

The duty Manager, Victoria, was great and very accommodating. It was our wedding anniversary and Victoria accommodated our request for a view facing Table Mountain. We were very happy about that. The housekeeping staff were brilliant, always smiling and joyful to all guests making them feel welcome. In terms of the restaurant/breakfast area, it was quite disappointing as we noticed some guests receiving more attention than others, and at times, felt as though we were ignored and invisible. Unfortunately, on our last day, we bit into a sharp and hard piece of what seemed like bottle plastic in the food from the buffet section. When alerting the restaurant staff, they did not really seem bothered about the danger it had should we have swallowed it.

I had an amazing stay. I will definitely go back and I would recommend it to anyone. Excellent services and amazing staff.
