The hotel is really really beautiful. Friendly staff♥️♥️♥️. We were so happy with my family. It’s just a bit far from city center especially if you don’t have a car

We had a wonderful stay. Jolene was just fabulous and welcoming in the restaurant. Great location. Service just a little slow in restaurant. Otherwise great 🙌

Nice clean hotel right at water front. External restaurants and bars at pierd.
My wife specially liked morning water exercise at pool.

A hidden gem and accidental find but so glad we came here to stay. Outstanding family room, which I felt was incredible value for what we paid. Very clean and comfortable, plentiful toiletries and amazing view.
The communal areas of the hotel could have been cleaner but overall was acceptable.
Breakfast was the only downfall for the duration of our stay. Very crowded, lack of tables, cutlery, food was sp****. Long waits for the coffee machine/chefs section.

Before arriving, we requested a cot for our little one. When we got there we had to remind them and they just put a single matras in the room.
My husband ordered room service and waited and hour, when we phoned to follow up they never put the order in.
We had no towels after the room was being cleaned so once again we had to go to reception.
Overall our stay we did enjoy.

We were staying off season so might be different when busy but hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast buffet had many different options. Pool facilities were great and never crowded. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
