Хороший отель, чистый бассейн, в номерах было очень чисто и комфортно, большой балкон) разнообразный завтрак, овощи, сладости. Рекомендую

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมน่าทึ่งมากและเราได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องวิวทะเลซึ่งดีมาก เราพบว่าอาหารดีมากทุกมื้อและเราใช้สแน็คบาร์ด้วยและอาหารก็ดี พนักงานที่บาร์ริมชายหาดค่อนข้างหยาบคายและผู้ชายที่เช็คเอาท์ ในระหว่างการเข้าพักของเราพลาสติกถูกวางลงบนพื้นของบล็อกของเราและพนักงานก็ถอดปูนเปลือยออก สิ่งนี้ไม่ได้รบกวนการเข้าพักของเรา แต่คงจะดีที่จะเตือนว่างานนี้จะเกิดขึ้น เตียงนอนสบายและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็ดีด้วย

El hotel muy bonito, el servicio, la atención del personal, lo peor es que siendo un hotel tan grande y tan prestigioso, parece mentira que no tenga wifi en sus habitaciones, necesitaba hacer un trabajo y tuve que irme hasta la madrugada al frente de recepción, donde a ciertas horas fueron apagando todas las luces, fue la peor parte de mi viaje a Marruecos y de estar en varios hoteles, no tienen acceso a internet, me encontraba en la habitación 2722 y fue horrible

Na een horrornacht in een ander hotel in Agadir deze geboekt. en wat was het fantastisch super profesionele medewerkers kamer die top en schoon is. Ik kom hier zeker nog naar terug.

โรงแรมที่สวยงามพร้อมพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรที่แผนกต้อนรับและระดับความปลอดภัย ห้องพักสบายมากและห้องพักก็สบายมาก ห่างจากชายหาดมาก เป็นสระว่ายน้ําที่สวยงามแต่เสียดายที่คลับข้างๆ มาเปิดเพลงตอนดึกๆ อาหารเช้าเป็นอาหารเช้าที่ดีแต่เป็นองค์กรที่ดีที่จะมองย้อนกลับไปเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการรอ ห้องกีฬาสวยมาก แต่จ่ายเสียดายที่ไม่รวมกับราคาห้องเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นอีกหลายแห่ง

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
