We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner. He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction. Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Excellent hotel! The room was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. This is my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back again.

Love the hotel so much!! Their breakfast room is spacious and clean. They provide bottled still water and the location is great with strong security!

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

สิ่งแวดล้อมดีมากถ้าเลี้ยงแค่สัตว์ป่าบางตัวเท่านั้น อาหารเช้าดี เซ็ตอาหารเช้าและเย็น บาร์บีคิวสำหรับหนึ่งคืนเพื่อชมการแสดง อาหารเย็นแบบยุโรปสำหรับหนึ่งคืน ทั้งสองค่อนข้างดี ตอนเที่ยงจะแก้ไขข้างห้างสรรพสินค้า แขกไม่เยอะ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน

Das hotel ist ok,preis leistung verhaeltnis ist ok.die küche ist sehr gut.nur die lage ist einbischen abseits. Alle hotel angestellte sind sehr nett und gilfsbereit. Bis auf einen jungen mann an der rezeption,sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt,sowas von unfrwundlich.das war das einzigste negative an meinem aufenthalt.

Front desk service is good, room is dated, just good for a one night transfer stay. Boma inn is a cheaper version of the Boma hotel, you got what you pay for, so no complaints. You can use the facilities in Boma hotel. Tembo restaurant is good too.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, I can't say enough good about them. The hotel itself is in need of some renovations and there are some strange quirks in some of the rooms, like a shower being only 20cm from the toilet. But the showers had hot water, and it served our family needs well. Make sure you call to confirm room selections - the rooms that show available on trip.com are not always the same rooms available at the hotel.
