Una bella struttura, una camera confortevole con letto a castello, molto pulita e con una piccola cabina armadio. La colazione è con the, caffè, yogurt frutta e una sorpresa locale (da assaggiare assolutamente) al piano superiore un bellissimo terrazzo con lettini per il sole o per il relax e un magnifico jacuzzi dove abbiamo fatto uno splendido bagno nel tardo pomeriggio. Una coccola speciale. Da non perdere nelle vicinanze di MARTANO la cattedrale di Galatina e un bagno a Torre Sant’Andrea

La tenuta è molto ampia e si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi Km da Gallipoli; comoda per raggiungere le principali direttrici per una vacanza itinerante. Ben tenute le parti comuni a partire dai grandi giardini per arrivare alle sale e alla piscina. Piscina grande con piccola vasca per bambini. Stanze più di forma che di sostanza. Buone quelle dell'hotel, meno rifinite e non perfettamente manutentate quelle delle Pajare. Colazione di buona qualità e assortimento. Nota negativa il servizio a colazione e a cena. Lento, confuso e soprattutto.... non è possibile utilizzare al pubblico personale che non parla italiano e capisce male e poco l'inglese... Molto meglio le ragazze della reception disponibili e cortesi. Vicino alla struttura c'è un maneggio che offre la possibilità di fare qualche passeggiatina a cavallo. Direi struttura valida nel complesso, ottima per chi vuole la possibilità di spostarsi evitando il marasma del litoraneo.

Ottima prima esperienza in questo hotel a Galatone un po’ fuori dal centro abitato , struttura rinnovata da poco, comodissimo parcheggio privato vicino al loro distributore di benzina. Camera nuova climatizzata e perfettamente insonorizzata, pulizia perfetta, letto comodissimo con Tv frigo in camera, personale molto professionale e gentile, molto comodo anche L annesso Ristorante quando non si ha voglia di prendere L auto ed uscire. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, 5 stelle tutte meritate, lo consiglio!

Come promesso, recensisco favorevolmente questa struttura alberghiera che ha nella professionalità unita ad una calorosa ospitalità dei suoi collaboratori il punto di forza ! Per due settimane ci siamo mossi con facilità su entrambe le meravigliose coste del Salento e dell'entroterra; al ritorno in hotel, la sera , tanto sport sfruttando al meglio la fitness room con vista panoramica, le piscine e il campo da padel. Cucina tradizionale del luogo rivisitata egregiamente! Arrivederci e a presto.

I stayed here for three days in late May. The place is an oasis found in the depths of Otranto. If you are looking for a completely chilled break, with a beautiful pool, stunning rooms, great food and 5 star service look no further. Whilst there is not much in the immediate area, local towns are easily accessible by car and you can also use the bicycles provided by the hotel to go through the olive grows or into the local villages, which we throughly enjoyed. From the point of making the booking all queries regarding food and amenities were promptly answered by their great reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They were also great in accommodating for one of our party with gluten intolerance and dairy allergy. The pool is spectacular, one of the best I’ve ever swam in, the water was crystal clear and the pool man worked all day every day maintaining it beautifully. The waiting staff both on the restaurant but especially at the pool were just fantastic and they were immediately on hand to take orders and requests. The massages were also some of the best we experienced. The owner and all the staff were so welcoming and pleasant and even arranged for belongings we left behind to be posted. Thank you again for such a fantastic stay!
