WIFI didn't work, tv didn't work. Kettle was broken and i was refused coffee because it was "too early" Morning and evening prayers were broadcast over loud speakers. Not a comfortable stay. People were great.

We were in the middle of sourcing a place to be set as our temporary home. For which to chauffeur my eldest daughter for her newly appointed job in Bandar Utama. Some thirty minutes away from the premise. During the weekend, i should attend my reunion gathering in Port Dickson which is two hours away. Since the rest of my family won't join me, I have to rest them as secured and calm a**osphere. TH Hotel Kelana Jaya was the right answer for my needs. Even though it may not fulfill all the extravaganza, but it serves me right. It deserves the 3 stars. The room is spacious enough for my needs and wants. Clean and easy to be inside. The basic amenities was enough provided. The food at the cafe was as good as it perceived. Not to mention anything to shout about. It's just there. We are ended being full, no doubt. The prices was something between easy and affordable. But most importantly, I could easily ask any favors from the front office and the food cafe. They will try to make it possible and convenient. Staying was easy and predictable. Surrounded by people who are readily to make sure you are welcome.

Best service and everything perfect. Starting from room, lobby, and restaurant very welcoming customer. Will repeat if have a chance to come again. Hence,!Keep promote so that the outsider know there is great tabung haji hotel here.

The room kind of giving a 90's vibe, all the mosaic and vintage furnish, but in room 304 the toilet in the bathroom has a leakage. It bring unpleasent odor. I hope the management can develop and improve for the sake of others.

Very good preparation done by TH Hotel staff. Easy to contact and discuss if we any issues on our preparations for the courses. Manager ini duty always discudd with me regarding the rooms and our class room.
