Hotel in posizione strategica, in pieno centro e a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi ecc.. Check in fatto con l'automatico in quanto siamo arrivate molto tardi, in piena notte, e dopo aver seguito le istruzioni arrivate per sms, il tutto si è svolto in modo veloce e perfetto. Camera comoda, camera con bagno. Sul piano due camere che potevano condividere una cucina e soggiorno assieme (noi non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio, ma molto apprezzato lo stesso). A disposizione degli ospiti anche pantofole e ombrelli per la pioggia. Pulizia della camera (io sono maniaca della pulizia), pulita, ma se si guardava per esempio angoli o ripiani un po' di polvere c'era, ma in generale siamo state davvero bene.

We stayed here for two nights - if you appreciate good contemporary design, you will love this place. Everything seems to have been designed, from the full height floor to ceiling doors everywhere, the fancy light switches, the Uber comfy beds. This place is great, very courteous, informative & polite service staff. We didn’t eat here as we’re limited on time but it did look like it would have been good. Perfect location just off the Vitosha Boulevard which seems to be the main ***** where most stuff happens. Definitely stay here next time we visit Sofia.

Right next to the major walking street in town and minutes away from outstanding restaurants. Large rooms with views and automatic blinds to darken the room. The elevators are a bit confusing as only one goes from the reception to all floors while two others only go to first floor (and strangely say for only one person; come on!). Don't be put off by the reception which is so unimpressive that you think you are going into a dive-hotel. We didn't choose to pay Euro 12 per person due to all the bad reviews on breakfast but there are many places to eat near by; just be aware that places don't serve breakfast before 8:00 and many not before 9:00!!

Location strategica, vicina a tutto, a cominciare dalla fermata della metro Serdika che dista 3 minuti a piedi e collega direttamente all'aeroporto. Zona centralissima, vicina alle strade della movida, e al contempo riservata e silenziosa. Accanto al Palazzo presidenziale (il nostro Quirinale), al parlamento, al palazzo reale, al museo Archeologico ... e potrei continuare per le tante mete . Personale gentilissimo che risolve in un attimo qualsiasi problema. Ci tornerò!

I've never stayed anywhere else in Sofia so cannot comment on whether this is great for Sofia, but international 4* standard, it isn't. Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the member of staff who decided one evening that we were not allowed to have a glass of wine in the lobby bar because the bottle of wines were ”reserved” and ”for show” (the excuse changing from one minute to the next.) He couldn't explain who or why they were reserved or for show. The room servicing is, *interesting*. They say in the information in the room that the rooms are serviced daily. On the first day it wasn't serviced at all. The second, I asked it to be serviced and the towels replaced which they did but then (not joking) they screwed up the cover on the bed and put it in the corner, made half an effort to pull up the duvet, emptied a bin and did nothing else. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room is a real plus but they were not refreshed / refilled during our stay either, even when the room was ”serviced”. The bed was comfortable but one of those fit together beds rather than a true king size. It was huge but possible to get a bit caught in the middle. That said though, we didn't struggle with noise as other people did. The breakfast is fine. Typical central European type stuff and not the best quality but fresh fruit is always welcome. If it's a choice between room only at a cheaper price, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it though. The door lock was a bit temperamental. It's worth checking it's genuinely locked behind you as ours didn't unless we carefully engaged the catch. There are safes though. The lifts were a bit dodgy as well. One obviously breaking down from time to time during our stay and be warned you need your room card to go up or down. Location wise it's superb and I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but for the price, which is not cheap for Sofia, the service needs a bit of an uplift. Also some attention to detail in the rooms would be good with a slight tear in the voile, wallpaper lifting etc. For British visitors though as this hotel is part of a Cooperative organisation, they have pictures of the first Rochdale COOP in some of the corridors. A funny little quirk if you know Rochdale. It's not the place you'd choose to decorate anywhere.

ห้องพักโดยรวมน่าพอใจ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งมีระเบียงเล็ก ๆ ติดกับโซนซักรีดขนาดเล็ก กาต้มน้ําไฟฟ้าสําหรับชงชาร้อน ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กสําหรับใช้ ถังพลาสติกขนาดใหญ่ในห้องน้ํา และเครื่องเป่าผมให้ แสงสว่างเพียงพอ ทีวียังมีช่องไม่กี่ช่อง หากโรงแรมสามารถจัดหาไมโครเวฟหรือเตาอบขนาดเล็กให้ลูกค้าอุ่นอาหารหรือขนมปังกลับบ้าน พร้อมกับโต๊ะน้ําชาขนาดมินิ พวกเขาจะได้รับคะแนนพิเศษจากลูกค้าทุกคนอย่างแน่นอน

อาหารเช้าดี! เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นเกินไปกำลังมองหาพี่ชายที่แผนกต้อนรับก็ช่วยเหลืออย่างแข็งขัน ~ วันรุ่งขึ้นมีคนมาซ่อม! ทัศนคติที่ดี! สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟ และใช้เวลามากกว่า 20 นาทีเพื่อไปยังบริเวณร้านอาหารที่คุณไม่มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหรือสถานที่ที่มีชีวิตชีวา

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

เราพักที่นี่เพราะเที่ยวบินของเรามาถึงตอนดึกและรถรับส่งมาถึงสนามบินโซเฟียหลังจากโทรหาโรงแรม เราชอบรับรถรับส่งโดยไม่ต้องโทร (เช่น มันจะดีกว่าถ้าเราสามารถเรียกรถบัสผ่านแอพหรือข้อความ ฯลฯ) อย่างไรก็ตาม คนขับและพนักงานทุกคนน่ารักและเป็นกันเองจริงๆ รถไฟของเราเช้ามาก เราเลยขอให้โรงแรมเตรียมอาหารเช้าและมันก็ดีมาก! ขอขอบคุณ. ห้องของเราไม่มีพรมห้องน้ํา

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time.
