The hotel is really nice, and breakfast was amazing with so many options.

Great base for a working nomad wanting to get the most out of Sofia. The name says it all — the location is central, with the city's main sights, squares, cafes, and transport links all within easy walking distance. As a solo traveler I really valued being able to step outside and reach everything on foot without needing to plan around transport. The room was comfortable and clean, good enough to get work done and rest well. Breakfast was decent and a good way to fuel up before a day of exploring. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. A reliable, well-positioned choice for anyone wanting to use Sofia city center as their base.

On your first day in Sofia, take it easy and walk to the cathedrals not too far away.

We reached the hotel about 10am n they graciously gave us an early check-in on a complimentary basis. Their gesture made e stay really nice.

Nice experience staying in the hotel. Recepton staff friendly & helpful, prompt reply to questions. Location is ideal walking distance place of interests and metro to Sofia airport. Morning breakfast choices acceptable.

The receptionist was awfully rude she asked 50 euros to make 4 hours early check in her attitude was ridiculous. Never gonna stay there again.

An old hotel with shady room and doesn’t really deserve four stars. The power in the room was cut several times in one night and the breakfast was not just so so.

Nice place, nice pool and service and food…but not enough staff there

Tutto buono. Struttura in un'ottima posizione vicina al centro, camera e bagno puliti ed adeguati. Nella struttura é inoltre presente un ristorante. Nota molto positiva la colazione, ottima ed abbondante.

入住四人家庭房，地點還有飯店服務都很好，早餐也不錯，孩子們都很開心！如果有再來索菲亞會再選這一個飯店！

位置很好，基本都是走着去景點，不遠處有happy 吃飯很方便。前台幫我電話訂的去里拉的旅行團，很感謝

房間確實不行，國內水平相當於如家

Расположение - в центре. Трамваи гремят прямо под окном с 3.30 ночи, поэтому открывать на ночь окно не очень удобно. Завтраки хорошие. Номера уставшие: держатели душа, кнопки смыва отваливаются. В номерах темновато, невозможно включить свет ярче. Белье - чистое. Были зимой. Воздух в номере очень сухой. Открывали окно, несмотря на шум, не помогало: ночью пересыхало сильно горло и нос до боли. По этой причине съехали на 2 дня раньше. Попросили вернуть деньги хотя бы за последнюю ночь - получили отказ.
