โรงแรมนี้ไม่ใช่โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวอย่างแน่นอน ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือทำเลที่ตั้ง ตอนที่ค้นหาโรงแรม ฉันเลือกตัวกรอง 2 ข้อ คือ 1- ที่จอดรถ 2- 4 ดาว น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมไม่มีที่จอดรถ พวกเขาใช้ที่จอดรถที่อยู่ห่างจากโรงแรม 350 เมตร และคิดค่าบริการวันละ 10 ยูโร ซึ่งไม่ใช่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ฉันสามารถจอดรถที่นั่นแล้วเดินมาโรงแรมก็ได้ พวกเขาควรยกเลิกตัวเลือกที่จอดรถ ในทางกลับกัน โรงแรมเก่ามากและค่อนข้างสกปรกเนื่องจากความเก่า แต่ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาด ผ้าห่มด้านในปลอกมีสีเหลืองเนื่องจากสิ่งสกปรกหรือการใช้งานมากเกินไป พรม วอลเปเปอร์ ทุกอย่างเก่า ลิฟต์ก็เหมือนเก่าเป็นร้อยปี คุณอาจเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะทำเลที่ตั้งและราคา แต่ไม่ควรคิดว่ามันเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวที่สะอาด Best Westerb ควรปรับปรุงใหม่หรือออกจากโรงแรมนี้ไป

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองมาก เดินเพียง 10-15 นาทีก็ถึงแล้ว โรงแรมอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อยแต่ก็สะอาดมาก ห้องพักของฉันกว้างขวางเกินราคาที่จ่ายไป พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก มีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกหลากหลาย โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี

ห้องพักของโรงแรมมีความอบอุ่นและสะดวกสบาย และบริการดีมาก ห่างออกไป 1.5 กม. จาก โซเฟีย ที่จอดรถไม่สะดวกมาก อาหารเช้าดี ห้องพักสะอาดและถูกสุขลักษณะ ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกในครั้งหน้าไปที่นั่น

โรงแรมก็โอเค ค่อนข้างช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุน ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและทีมงานมีความกระตือรือร้นและเต็มใจให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ มีอาหารเช้าเสริมซึ่งดูโอเคแต่ดูเหมือนจะไม่หลากหลายมากนัก

Nice hotel and walking distance to the city centre, which is good. Unfortunately though the hotel is quite dated and the wifi is not dependable enough to use it for work

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the metro station. There are restaurants in the area and the service from the staff was excellent and courteous.

Great central location in Sofia, within easy walking distance of everything. The hotel has an "old school" charm, but the design is anything but dull. Friendly staff and an excellent Bulgarian-style breakfast. Nice and very useful touches in the room, like the shoe shine sponge and sewing kit. Comfortable bed and pillows, and a roomy bathroom. Would happily stay again.

Very Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Money I had a very negative experience at Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel. The parking was not at the hotel but far away, which was very inconvenient. The hotel itself was dirty and uncomfortable, with old furniture and a lot of noise. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I lost my trust in both the hotel and Trip.com for listing it as a quality stay. Definitely not recommended.

All good and will recommend it to my friends

This hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
