"ให้10ดาวเลย พนังงานดีมาก ตอนแรกได้ห้องชั้น2 มีเสียงถนนคนเดินด้านนอกดังหน่อย และชั้น1 เป็นร้านค้าขายอาหารกลางคืน พอดีเป็นคนเซนซิทีฟกับเสียงและควันบุหรี่ กลัวนอนไม่หลับ เลยขอพนง.เปลี่ยนห้อง ตอนนั้นสามีใข้ห้องน้ำกับผ้าขนหนูไปแล้ว พนง.ก็ดีมากเข้าใจเรา พาไปเลือกห้องที่เราพอใจ โดยไม่แสดงท่าทีรำคาญเลย ห้องที่เราเลือกใหม่อยู่ชั้น 5 เพิ่มเงินแค่เล็กน้อยตามเรทในแอพ ห้องดีมาก สะอาด ไม่มีกลิ่น ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ครบถ้วน ทางรร.มีร่มให้ยืม มีชุดสไตล์จีนให้ใส่ถ่ายรูปฟรี ชุดสะอาดและหอม สรุปประทับใจมากค่ะ"

"I have looked at this hotel though tripadviser and the pics looked amazing and we choose it because the bedrooms views looked amazing. Also reviews said about a good western breakfast. When we got there the check in was great and very welcoming, as soon we got into the room, the room itself looked lovely and big but the view was different. There was lots of water as a lake and there were none and the windows were very dirty ruining the view that was advertised. The bath, shower and toilet were clean but around the sink on the wall it was full of dead flies. In the morning we went down for breakfast and we had no choose we got given a plate with noodles and egg and sweetcorn. There was some watermelon on the side but no juices  or coffees or anything western options as advertised. The lady at reception was really helpful with all the directions. We wanted to have a swim in the pool but it was really dirty so we decided not too. On the last night there were kids running in the corridor until 11:30pm so no peaceful night! Overall it’s an average hotel that has lots of potential to be amazing."
